Disappointing:/

No isla pájaros and no playa mosquito ….and no explanation at the cenote. We were told that the storm destroyed the pier but still we should at least pass by and see it, the same with Playa mosquito they preferred to take us to Punta Coco that was pretty but wasn’t the one we paid to see, since We already stayed in this part of the island.This tour was very disappointing

Hello Julia, I am very sorry for your disagreement. If you had let me know, I would have attended to you. I was in charge of giving you all the possible details, both in Spanish and English. Unfortunately, the storm 7 weeks ago destroyed the Bird Island viewpoint and the from the main dock, so you cannot access there

Great trip. It was the wrong time of year (March) to see many flamingos, but we saw a few. Lots of other birds. The cenote was very calming. Long story, but we didn't have enough cash on hand to pay the entry and our guide very kindly loaned some.

Fun excursion to see different parts of the area. But the guide didn’t really tell us much about the places we visited. They were beautiful though.

This was a fun short trip to a few beautiful locations. The 2nd stop (not an island) at the cenote was a bit of a waste of time, but well worth it to visit the two islands. I'd go on this tour again.

So glad I booked the trip! It’s a really great way to explore Holbox and the surrounding islands and beaches. We did not get much information but the nature was fulfilling itself. We had enough time at each spot to explore and take a swim. I had a great afternoon. If you are at Holbox - do it!

Fun and quick trip to the three different islands around Holbox! The guide and captain were efficient with timing for each island. A bit expensive of a trip, though. I learned you could literally book a similar experience from one of the stands on the beach for half the price of this one.

operator fell asleep and forgot to pick me up until the boat left. Could only offer a refund as it was my last day on the island and i had no time for alternative

Sorry for the misunderstanding, it really was not the intention of our operator, he told us that they took a tour from 4 am to 7 am in the early morning and had had another tour at night, these misunderstandings usually happen, we will continue working to improve service standards, we appreciate your comment very much

Waste of time

Trip was 20 minutes late getting started and ended 5 minutes early. Guide did not speak English. The cenote was very small and had so many people in it you were bumping into other people

Thank you very much for your comment, we remind you that the activity is shared and many times we have to wait for other clients as you would like them to wait for you, the cenote is a fresh water spring and it is small, we have photos of the activity so you know where will they go

The company was OK. Viator gave the wrong directions

Viator send me to the wrong meeting place. On the other side of the island. Thanks to a friendly Mexican who phoned the company I was picked up by a motorcycle and delivered to the right meeting point. Very bad!

The cenote is not a real cenonte . Its a construction to be similar as a cenote . The guide we have supposed to have is inexistant . He s just tell you « u arrive here u have 1 hour to enjoy the place … « The passion ilsland is full of boats and poeple !! No one is caring about the environment , the birds and all the species living there. who r terribly disturbed by the boats with music and all the tourists , The island must limits the numbers of poeple each day !!! We definitely don’t recommand this tour …

Traveling by boat to the Yahalau Cenote was beautiful. Our guide provided great history of the area and insight into the best time to come to see the whale sharks, etc.

Great way to explore around the island

Had a very nice tour guide that gave explanations in both English and Spanish about the islands and animals we saw. We had about 30 mins-1 hour to explore each stop which was plenty of time. The price included a taxi pickup from our hotel. Overall it was a lovely time and we were happy with the tour.
