A MUST FOR YOUR TRIP TO JACKSONVILLE. TONI is engaging, extremely knowledgeable and fun. It was less like being on a tour and more like having a friend show you around. Definitely memorable.

Toni, our guide, has a delightful personality and is very knowledgeable concerning the different types of architecture in the Riverside/Avondale area of Jacksonville. We enjoyed our ride in the tuk-tuk through the neighborhoods highlighting the architecture of each era. We would have enjoyed a more in depth historical perspective.

If you are looking for more history and architecture, you should consider taking our Jacksonville Downtown City tour which focuses on the business architecture of downtown as well as the overarching history of the city plus you get to learn about all the new development occurring Downtown Jacksonville.

Loved seeing all the parks - was unaware that Jacksonville had so many. Our tour guide (Tony) was very knowledgeable of all the architecture.

What a fantastic tour! Toni was great and so knowledgeable about the area. We learned about the different architectural styles of homes that are in the area and it was so wonderful to be immersed in the neighborhoods, without actually disturbing the residents. The tour was so much more than I anticipated. I highly recommend the company and I’m looking forward to another one of their tours, when we are back in the area. Toni was one of our favorite tour guides, ever and she is also very considerate. A real gem!
