Greg is the best guide I’ve ever had, very knowledgeable, hilarious and so polite and accommodating, he even gave my wife and I a ride after. He also gave me great recommendations for food and drinks on the island. My wife had no interest in Hemingway and Greg kept her entertained and she actually had a blast and learned a lot. Would recommend this tour for everyone, not just fans of Papa!

Our guide had really done his homework! As we walked through areas of Key West associated with the author, he related stories of Hemingway's life that really gave the flavor of what life was like here in the 20s and 30s. Plus, he was extremely engaging and personable. It was a great experience.

Only one food stop. The food we ate, other than key lime pie, was unrelated to Key West. Other food tours were better and less expensive.

Great walking tour highlighting Hemingways history and also giving lots of fun facts and tips on how to enjoy Key West. The guide Greg was very personable and covered general history as well. Loved it! Would do walking tour first then go the Hemingway House. The tour amhanced seeing the house a great deal.

Mark was a great tour guide and really kept our kids engaged with questions as he shared his knowledge throughout the tour. We thoroughly enjoyed learning about Hemingway’s way of life between 1928-1939 in Key West seeing where he lived, socialized, and worked. This is a great tour for individuals who like history. We did not know a lot about Hemingway prior to this tour, but we learned a great deal about how Key West was laid out in 1930’s and how it has changed over time. This is NOT a good option for individuals who may struggle with walking at a good pace for at least three miles. Lunch is offered half way through the tour at a beautiful local restaurant. The tour ends with a delicious rum punch at the original Sloppy Joe’s location (now Captain Tony’s).

Tour guide was knowledgeable. I didn’t realize they had lunch included so make sure you tell guide ahead of time with dietary restrictions. Enjoyed the key lime pie and rum runner. Well worth the money spent on the tour!

Guide informative but …..

Guide was informative however little time if any was provided for bathroom breaks as your was long in very hot weather. Snacks was advertised on tour & not provided. Lunch was provided which included half a sandwich, cup of water & slice of pie. Your ended with drink that was mostly pineapple. I would not recommend this tour.
