Required – Florida Boaters Safety: Florida Law requires everyone born after Jan 1, 1988 to take a boaters safety test to drive a jetski. Each driver must present a passed boaters safety test prior to departure. Tests only take 15 minutes & can be taken online

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

This was a great experience! Very nice and friendly guys! Super helpful as for my boyfriend didnt really know how to use the jet ski. The instructor came back and took a good 5 to 10 minutes to teach him how to use it after a couple of tries. My boyfriend ended up getting it and we had a blast. The jet skis are nice and the overall experience was great! Definitely recommend booking !

Wasn’t able to ride due to weather

Weather wasn’t good that day for first time riders was very choppy ride and they made us go back and gave us a refund

Not a tour at all

This was not a tour at all. The ocean was extremely rough. They should have canceled the excursion in our opinion. All we did was ride out to a sand bar and ride back in very rough seas. Several of our excursions got canceled that week. We assumed since they did not cancel it would be fine. We heard from lots of people on the trip and everyone agreed it was terrible and felt very unsafe. The staff was great. That was the only good thing.

Fantastic time! Whole team was great, Marshall was our leader and was so solid! Don’t be deterred by the “tour” idea. It’s 100s of yards between so tons of room between and feels just like your individual adventure! In fact with all the obstacles on the water it’s much better this way than not knowing where you are going!

Such a blast! Beautiful soft, shallow, sand bar to take a break and dip-in the water to swim. The jet ski tour exceeded expectations! I’m a 58-yr old female and could easily drive my own ski and keep up. If in doubt, drive your own!

The meeting location at Parrot Key Resort was a very nice facility and we were able to use their pools (they had 4!) and order drinks and appetizers after our jet ski ride. That was a nice plus. The jet ski ride was so much fun and the guides made sure we had a great time on the water! Loved stopping at a sand bar and hanging out in the water for a few minutes.

This was a super awesome tour. First timers to the Keys and this experience really gives you a whole new appreciation for the natural beauty of the coast and ocean.
