A:Yes, strollers must be folded and stored during the tour. For the safety of the child, it is never allowed for the baby to ride in the stroller through the tour. Strollers in the aisle would also constitute a safety hazard.

What a great way to see Keywest! Had a wonderful time w/my daughter riding along & listening to all the different trolly drivers share a bit of history & fun facts about the island. Like any other hop on/off tours it is the best way to get a visual of the town & then choose the stops you want to get off. Definitely worth doing, highly recommend!

I paid over $150 for a tour online at no time did it give me a tour time for the trolley. When I attempted to use the trolley I found out the trolley stops running at 5pm. It has been impossible to contact the company to get a refund.

We signed up for a hop on hop off tour of Key West through Viator & the confirmation I printed out gave us an address where we were supposed to show our printed information but it said we wouldn’t be given any tickets but it was just a preliminary to check in. We walked several blocks to the address we were given and there was a sign on the door that said they were closed. There was a tourist stand nearby where you could sign up for tours and the clerk there was kind enough to convert our printed form into hop on hop off tickets for Old Towne Trolley. I felt like we were on a wild goose chase trying to find where to redeem our voucher that we had printed out. We have toured other cities using Viator to get our tickets in the past and never had any trouble. Because of running around trying to find where to redeem our voucher we had limited time and on the hop on hop off we just stayed on so we could see Key West. We had to be back on the ship by 1 o’clock and it did not allow us to get off any place to look around. After this we will go right to the actual trolley company and get our tickets.

I'm very glad I decided to book the Key West Hop-On Hop-Off Trolley Tour. We saw all the sights we wanted to see, Jumped off anytime we wanted, and then caught the next trolley. The drivers were entertaining, informative and made our short visit all the more enjoyable. I would definitely book them again on our next vacation to Key West. Our visit was only eight hours and then it was back to the ship. We were able to see more of Key West then we could have if we were using taxis and maps. When we found the restaurant we want to stop to have lunch, we simply jumped off at the next stop and walked a block or two and enjoyed. Then we joined the tour to the next fascinating stop. The driver/guide seemed most interested in getting back to the cruise port ASAP so the company could pick up as many more paying customers as possible he kept saying there are three cruise ships in port today. Thus he talked non-stop, never permitting any questions from the paying customers. The stops were all to pick up other paying customers, and were several blocks from points of interest which the driver would vaguely point at. Have been on lots of hop-on/hop-off buses world wide, and this was the worst.
