Booked this trip. Got to the dock and the company had no reservations or record of us booking the trip. They would not take us out. They blamed it on Viator not sending in the reservations. Will never book through Viator again.

Lexie, We do apologize for this technical glitch. We receive many bookings through Viator and it was both unusual and unfortunate that this happened. We would have loved to take your group out but we had another charter booked. We did offer to accommodate you on the following two days but you declined and decided to cancel. We were able to contact Viator that day and your refund was processed immediately. Our company also covered the cost of your transportation and gave you recommendations of fun things to do. It is not completely in our control but we do feel like we did our best to make things right with your group.
