What To Expect

Hop on a Jet Ski and enjoy Key West’s top water sport along the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico. It only takes a few moments to learn how to ride, and the instructor-guide is available at all times to make sure everything runs smoothly. All the necessary safety equipment is provided—just bring a swimsuit, some comfortable water shoes, and sunscreen.

Cruise along the shores of Key West, with its pristine beaches, beautiful mangroves and lush inlets. See Naval Air Station Key West, a state-of-the-art training facility, and watch for wildlife—dolphins, stingrays, sea turtles, manatees and more have been known to appear.

Guests born in or after January 1, 1988 who wish to operate a jet ski must bring a valid government issued photo ID and be prepared to pass a Temporary Safe Boating Test for a fee of USD $3; paid at check in and must arrive 60 minutes before departure. Guests who do not require the Boaters Safety test please arrive 30 minutes prior to departure
All minors must be accompanied by a parent to operate the jet ski.
All guests 16 years + must have valid, government issued photo ID.
Guests cannot participate if they are under the influence of alcohol, pregnant or age 3 and under.

Guests must have a basic understanding of the English language to operate a jet ski
One credit card is required per reservation

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Our tour guide, he said to call him D like the letter. I didn't catch his full name but he was fantastic. It takes an amazing guide to handle 5 newbies on jet skis and keep us from flipping over or getting lost. My husband and I are celebrating our honeymoon and today was his birthday so it made it extra special to do this tour because he has always wanted to go on a jet ski. Even though there were some parts that terrified me out there D did a fantastic job at making sure we had fun.

The original third party forgot to transfer our 2nd reservation over so, Max, the manager, stepped in and fixed everything. Thank you MAX! Zach, our jet ski tour guide, took us jet skiing as a couple on a private excursion around the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean side. He pointed out several points of interest with a background story to match. My fiancé owns his own jet ski and is obviously a professional. It was my first time. Zach was extremely patient and knowledgeable with me and still able to keep my fiancé entertained in the interim. I would highly recommend anyone to take this trip everytime you visit Key West. I know I will. One last suggestion though, before you get on your jet ski, make sure you ask one of the staff members to take pictures. That was my mistake. Will correct that the next time we come back. Thank you ZACH for a most memorable experience and one that neither of us are soon to forget.

Mark Anthony and “D” led our tour. There had been some weather earlier in the day which left the water a little rough in places. They did a great job of instruction (we had some first timers with us), and right before entering rough waters, they gave everyone a chance to turn back if they wanted to (one did). After that, it was full speed ahead and loads of fun even in the rough water! Heck, maybe *because* of the waves!
