Punctual and Patient

Great service from Kili Taxi! It took a LONG time to be processed through customs after arrival and the driver patiently waited for us long after the estimated pickup time expired. Apparently the immigration process is known for these delays. In any case, he was courteous and promptly drove us to our destination. For the pickup and transfer back to the airport, the individual texted me via WhatsApp to confirm the pickup time (a pleasant surprise!) and was at our hotel on time and ready to go. Great job overall!!

Hello Terri , Thanks for the book with us and thanks for the feedback. Road traffic happens sometimes, when we picked you up one of the state leaders was passing through. That was the reason for the long traffic jam and nothing we can do when it happen. Also most of the economy cars are Toyota brand with manufacture dates around 2005 to 2015. We don't have 2023 new brand cars due to the nature of our country and roads. Regards KT Team

I was pressured by the driver to pay by cash. The transfer was already pre-paid and driver still wanted cash at hotel. The driver ended up getting double for the transfer. I paid by credit card again once I got to the destination.

Hello Stacey, Pick up instruction says *driver will wait for you at the arrival gate with a sign written your name*, You don't have to pick just a random driver at the airport. Your driver waited for you with a sign of your name for more than three hours, what happened is you went with a driver who has no sign of your name and at the Airport there are random drivers waiting for clients with no reservation.
