Jaunty Ride in Killarney Park

We had a wonderful ride through Killarney park with a stop to explore Muckross Abbey. Our very knowledgeable and personable guide shared lots of interesting stories with us about the Abbey and the history of the park. We ended our ride at his home where we were treated to tea and music. We had a great time!

My wife, son, mother in law and I came to Ireland for vacation and wanted to experience it to the fullest. I'm so glad we chose this jaunt cart because the family running it were very informative and so welcoming. He helped my mother in law, who has limited mobility, get in and out of the cart as well as taking her all the way to the Abbey so she didn't have to walk far. They made this one of the best parts of our trip, thank you so much!!

The people. Damian and Martin were fantastic hosts, driver, and guide. So glad we booked. Damian was very knowledgeable, personable, and informative. Martin invited us to tea and played a few trad tunes on his squeeze box! Can’t ask for more than that. The park is absolutely gorgeous.

Very outgoing, friendly, and knowledgeable drivers. The horses look well loved and taken care of. The touring agent was very communicative and even arranged for a pick up at our hotel.

Martin was an exceptional driver and host for our family. He was a wonderful storyteller who educated us on the gypsy horses he uses to pull the jaunting car and all of the local lore. The route that he took was very scenic through the park and Muckross abbey was beautiful. He even let our girls drive the car a bit and took numerous fabulous pictures of us. We greatly appreciated Martin and our fun tour.
