After rising to fame as the setting of the Leonardo Dicaprio movie The Beach, Maya Bay has continued to attract swathes of visitors. Although the beach is now closed for recovery, you can still enjoy Phi Phi Don from afar. This sleep aboard option, which is the only tour that offers an overnight package, lets you feel like you have Maya Bay all to yourself. You’ll swim with glow-in-the-dark plankton; kayak to sea caves; have a campfire on a deserted beach; and sleep on the top deck beneath the stars.

It is a 5 minute walk from the pier. Walk off the pier, turn right at the T intersection, and then walk about 300 metres. Take the 4th street on the left, opposite the big green shop called Island Divers. Walk another 50 metres to our travel shop, on the right hand side of the road.

Fabulous trip. Only gave it a 4 as there was no bonfire and BB on a private beach as the site said. Was told it’s a National park so not allowed. Alex and the crew went out of their way for us. Would highly recommend this trip.

Amazing trip! Loved every minute. Beautiful scenery and the food was delicious. The staff took great care of us and I actually slept pretty well too. Highly recommend 👏🏻🤩
