This was a very worthwhile trip. Our driver was right on time. The tour guide at Auschwitz did a very good job. Be prepared for a lot of walking. Krakow Tours did not disappoint.

This trip was well organised, drivers and tour guide were knowledgeable and professional throughout the tour. There was time for short breaks and questions. I would recommend
Auschwitz in the snow
Shelbi_G, Dec 2023
The actual tour was great, our transport was great, our driver Majeck was fantastic and really accommodating to not only us but other people in our group too. The actual tour was really eye opening for obvious reasons, not a lot of wheelchair accessibility at all, so do take that into consideration, plus with all the snow made it difficult to navigate. Slight lack of communication from Viator as our pick up time changed from 8am to 05:40am and only had an email, no app notification etc, or a change on the actual booking. But all in all a humbling experience, also our tour guide actually for Auschwitz was very knowledgeable.
Rushed tour due to road accident and late pick up
shaun_R, Dec 2023
The guide we had was very very knowledgeable and passionate around the history and used the words ss and gestapo rather than Germans. We were late being picked up and then a road accident held us for 1 hr we then only had around 1 hr tour then around 30 minutes at the camp.
Moving experience

Although a very sombre place to visit our coach driver/guide Michael and guide Christopher made it a very interesting visit ,providing us with all the details and information required to make it a memorable day
ChennaAngela_C, Nov 2023
Learned a lot about the history of the place and some insights from the historian. The place was really full of memories.
Every person in the world needs to experience Auschwitz and learn of the horrors of what happened.
David_R, Nov 2023
The organisation was faultless. To say there were a lot of other people touring at the same time, everyone had a chance to see important artefacts. The tour guide was amazing. He was knowledgable, but kept his script short and simple, constantly leaving you with a thought at the end of each exhibit.
Very well organised
Susan_J, Nov 2023
Tour company who collected us was very organised and the driver linked in with the guide so we felt we knew what we were meant to do and what times to meet him during the tour. Tour guide was excellent and very respectful of the surroundings . Definitely worth going with the company . A tip of advice if you go is to take food as there is no set stops for anything to eat , and take ID with you
Bad timing by tour operator
Patricia_M, Nov 2023
Very disappointed we didn't get to see full tour. Time of tour was changed at last minute from 11 am to 1pm by Viator and it was dark by the time we reached Birkenau. Very annoying, after paying for a family of five that we could not view the surrounds. Operator should have known later time would affect our experience. Small print did warn that times could change but later time was certainly unsuitable. We had arrived in Auschwitz before they informed us that it may be too dark to view Birkenau. Too late at that stage to rearrange trip.

The tour was very emotional. It almost brought me to tears. Tour guide was very good explaining everything that happened.
Lesley_C, Sep 2023
Very well organised. Pick up times communicated well. Throughout the trip, about 7 hours, you can only get drinks at various stops. We bought sandwiches beforehand which you can eat on the coach. Our guide (sorry have forgotten the young ladies name) was so passionate and knowledgeable about both camps with a few family memories of this horrific time. A very sombre day but a must do.
A must do trip

Auschwitz an unforgettable tour, history should always be remembered . Guide very informative. Would highly recommend
Guide in a hurry
Alan_V, Sep 2023
Extremely moving visit and very interesting looking at some of the worst history in our lifetime. However our guide didn't seem to want to answer any questions or move off her script. She spoke very fast and appeared to be moving our group through at a fast pace. Spoilt the experience at times by the haste of presentation. Otherwise all good with collection and provision of services offered
Logistics and communications very poor
Jenny_T, Sep 2023
While the time at the camps and museum was an unforgettable experience, the company that arranged our transport to and from were not great. No pick up time was confirmed until gone 9pm the night before. On the morning it was over an hour from being picked up until we actually set off to Auschwitz as there were so many pick ups and we waited nearly half an hour for passengers who arrived late.
Worth it
Anita_H, Sep 2023
I didn't catch the name of our guide, but she was very professional and well spoken. One of the best tour guides I ever had. The pick up and drop off service was great, but I have to add that on 'what's included list' there was also wifi and an evening old town tour promised which we did not get.
Harrowing & informative
Kate_B, Sep 2023
Our pick up time was altered which was a bit inconvenient. However once on the tour we had an excellent driver & tour guide at the museum
