Great way to get a quick overview of the city if you don't have a lot of time. Or it could just act your early reference guide to the rest of your trip as you explore deeper into the city's history and culture. Trip without Schindler, optional, is only about 1 hour 45 minutes. John was friendly and returned us to our starting point at the end of the tour. Good value!

We paid for three hours, and only received 1.5. The driver didn’t speak enough English to answer our questions questions. We didn’t even get to see the main square. Would not recommend.

Disorganised and dissapointing

Despite payment being taken from my credit card we were not listed on the drivers sheet and were told our booking was for another company and the tour left without us. Luckily the tour came back to the pickup point and stopped so I again spoke tot he driver and eventually called the company and he then spoke to the lady on the phone who he knew because it was the company he worked for. Eventually we were allowed on the tour which fortunately had enough seats for us. The seat however are very tight for 3 in each row. We finally set off about 20 mins late. Although the tour has audio via headsets the driver spoke quite a lot but couldn't be heard from the back. We arrived at the Schindler Museum and the driver had no tickets for us to purchase as “Skip the line” tickets as advertised. Eventually we had to queue with everyone else and the driver said those who chose to visit the museum had to make their own way back to Krakow. Luckily another guest pulled up the details saying we had paid for a return to the start point and so he agreed to come back and collect us 1.15 mins later. All in all it was very disorganised and therefore disappointing.

When the tour guide spoke could barely hear him. Pictures were near impossible through the plastic covers. And in certain positions you didn’t see any of the sights.

Electric Trolley arrived on time - but driver waited 20 minutes for delayed passengers. The 2-hour Tour lasted 1.25 hours - but worst of all is that the Driver as disinterested, and abandoned passengers at the Schindler's List Factory (o the 1-hour tour) claiming he had finished the tour and all had to make their own way back to Krakow centre. Booking confirmation mis-described - others on different tours were treated better, had a full and informative tour, and returned to the city centre.

I really did enjoy this tour and I’m glad I did it. The only reason I give 4 stars is because sometimes it was hard to see through the plastic covering reflecting the sun and we only made one stop where we could get out and take photos. I would still recommend this tour but you’ll still have to return to each area to get a better view as in the electric car you quickly go by each area and don’t get a lot of time to take in the sights. It is still a great introductory tour. Dziękuję!

An excellent way to get a full flavour of Krakow

We had an excellent guide, Gregor from the Ukraine, whose English was perfect. There was a Russian couple with us too, and he was also fluent for them. He supplemented the headset narration at all points, with further information and anecdotes. We got a really good flavour of the old town, the Wawel hill and the Kazimierz district. After 2 hours, including a couple of 5-10 minute breaks to explore further, we were taken across the river, around the ghetto site and to Oskar Schindler's factory. We chose to go inside (it is optional - 22pln - 19pln for Seniors (about £4)) and we were given about 70 minutes to self-guide around. We could have spent longer - a very well thought-out exhibition with some very chilling displays and rooms - the realism of life under Nazi control and the reality of life in the ghettos are full of impact. At the appointed time, the electric car picked us up and took us back into the centre, dropping us off close to the pedestrianised old town. Only one other couple had hung around to get the lift back.

Schindlers tour sold out

Golf cart itself was good but I booked this thinking we were definitely getting into Schindler’s factory and when we got there it was sold out! Very upset

The information in our product states that the visit at Schindler's Factory is optional and depends on availability. Even though I hope that you enjoyed the rest of the tour.

Very informative trip and recommend booking on your first day in Krakow. Optional Schindler Factory tour at the end for an additional £5.00 each, skip the queue with our tour guide and definitely worth doing. The car came back and collected us afterwards and dropped us off in the Old Town.
