Due to the temporary closure of Chochołów Thermal Baths (30.09 - 30.10), we are pleased to inform you that our tour will proceed as planned. We will visit a brand-new facility with outdoor thermal pools (30-40°C) and a pool bar. We guarantee the highest level of service and full satisfaction! See you on board!

Our guide Kamil really looked after the group well , we were lucky enough to have snow the day of our trip so it made Zakopane even more beautiful , the little stops on the way were organised well and a little treat needed on the way , I would definitely do this again the thermal baths were busy but plenty of space to accommodate everyone although the queues for the swim up bar were long

Amazing must do trip!!!

This trip is a must when coming to Poland! Wow!! The views are amazing when I’m zakopane , the vodka and cheese tasting was so good even if it was at 11am!! We had weronika as our tour guide and wow she is so lovely , gave us lots of information the whole way on the trip and recommendations of where to eat when we had free time Then the last stop is the thermal baths which were so good!! Cocktails and a dj in the downstairs outdoor pool was 10/10!! Overall a great trip and would do it again when back in Poland !

We had an amazing host/ tour guide Mirek, he was so good, was so accommodating to all passengers being able to give informative information with wonderful communication. Our driver was amazing making us feel very safe and comfortable through the whole journey. Everything ran exactly to time with very good directions on what was necessary and meeting points. Definitely would recommend to all. Five star!

This was an amazing day!! Not to be missed if you are visiting Krakow! The itinerary had a perfect pace in our opinion. We loved all of the stops and we had a nice amount of time at the thermal baths at the end of the day! The bus transport was clean and comfortable and Mirek is an amazing and fun host! Fantastic day, tip for the thermal spa, if you want to use the pool with the dwim up bar, this is on the lower level. The spa isn't well signposted but the staff are helpful. Zakopane is stunning! Fabulous trip.

Lovely day out - good value for money. Beautiful mountain visit

Long day but well organised. Traditional cheese. Vodka. Funicular up the mountain, plenty of time in Zakopane and then onto the thermal spa. Not that easy to navigate the spa but we found our way around.

Zakopane....fab experience

Very well organised from beginning to end and ran like clockwork. We had snow so unfortunately the view was not as clear from the top of the funicular. Our tour guide was Jacob and he provided lots of really good information for everyone including places to see and eat both on the trip and in Krakow. He set up a whatsapp group and it was such a good way to communicate with everyone. The thermal baths experience was lovely. I thought 3 hours might be too long but it was easily filled. Loved Zakopane.....its a fab place to spend time. The communication from the time we booked the trip to the end was excellent. Vodka tasting and cheese at the shepherds hut was so much fun.

This was a fantastic tour to do , our tour guide Jakub was amazing , gave us recommendations on what to do in Zakopane and which restaurants to go to . Plenty of time given for each stop to explore . The thermal baths was amazing . An action packed day , definitely would recommend this tour to anyone as the views of zakopane/mountains were incredible

5-Star Review: We recently took a day trip from Krakow to Zakopane, and it was absolutely fantastic! The itinerary was perfectly planned, including a stop in the charming town of Zakopane, a visit to sample traditional Polish vodka and cheese (which was delicious!), and a relaxing experience at the thermal baths. Our tour guide, Peter, and the driver were both incredible! Peter was knowledgeable, friendly, and had us laughing throughout the day, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The driver navigated the journey smoothly, and the whole trip felt relaxed and stress-free. Zakopane itself was stunning, with its picturesque wooden architecture and breathtaking views of the Tatra Mountains. The thermal baths were the perfect way to end the day, leaving us refreshed and relaxed. We can’t recommend this tour enough – it was a highlight of our trip to Poland! Beautiful Experience and Excellent Service

Firstly, i have been impressed for the organisation from Slawek and Magda. They picked us up from our collection point on time. Magda was on contact a day before the trip to provide us all the necessary information for the trip. At collection Magda did provide us with a itinerary for the day. We did arrive to the locations on time and each location was with a time allocation so we have a chance to see everything we needed to see. She is really knowledgeable person and he was telling a lot history about the different places we were visiting. Definitely, i will recommend Magda and the company.
