Regardless of whether you have chosen the pick-up option or the main meeting point, you will be dropped off at the end of the tour to the center of Krakow at 2 Wielopole Street.

Pickup details

Pickup is offered from a wide list of hotels/apartments/hostels in Krakow. If you have not found your hotel on this list - come to the main meeting point (located in the city center) or consult with us about the possibility of taking you from another convenient place after booking. If You are group more than 4 persons - we will come to you even if Your Hotel is out side of our pick-up area range, in Krakow. Customers will receive a message with the exact departure time until 7 pm on the day before the activity. We kindly ask that guests wait outside, in front of the entrance 5 minutes before departure. The driver will wait no longer than 15 minutes after the specified departure time. Regardless of whether you have chosen the pick-up option or the main meeting point, you will be dropped off at the end of the tour to the center of Krakow at 2 Wielopole Street.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Bridget, our tour guide was excellent. To go to Auschwitz and not have a tour guide would not have evoked the sense of what it must have been like there, and Bridget was very good. We arranged pick up/drop off from the hotel and Jacob was great. He also contacted us the day before and arranged a lunch bag which was very good. Would highly recommend this tour.

The tour was so informative and so poignant. I had been solo traveling for weeks and it was nice not to have to think about how I was going to get there and back, just meeting the driver outside of my hotel and being dropped off at the end of the day. I would recommend touring Auschwitz to everyone. Especially given current world politics.

An excellent well organised trip. Really good communication. They kept us informed and up to date in the days and hours before we left. We were picked up from our hotel on time and drove to collect the other passengers. We had a lovely, friendly English speaking driver that was helpful and looked after us all the time we were not with the guide. The mini bus was comfortable The guide around Auschwitz was very clear, her English was good and she was extremely knowledgeable. before we left, we were offered to have a lunch bag made and bought to us at a small extra cost, which we declined, but when we saw the bag, that other people in our party had been given we quickly regretted it. They looked fantastic value for money. Couldn’t recommend this tip enough!
