Your sky-high views of Kuala Lumpur are doubled with your combo admission to Kuala Lumpur Tower. The observation deck here is higher than Petronas and provides 360-degree views of the city.

Please note:

Official tickets will be delivered to hotels; the tower authorities are not responsible for your tickets. The Petronas Twin Towers must be visited at your chosen time; the Kuala Lumpur Tower can be visited any time on the day of your booking from 9am to 8pm.

      Amazing views!! Well worth the visit! It’s very well organised, and the views from each area are amazing.

      Extremely complicated getting both sets of tickets. We eventually got the ones for the Twin Towers after multiple messages. I asked the person who gave me those tickets how I then would get the separate tickets for the KL Tower which she knew nothing about. So a separate conversation then started about these tickets which went around in circles for a about 90 mins. I was eventually sent the physical tickets but it was too late as we had to get a coach back to our ship. We've been offered a refund on the KL Tower tickets but not had anything back yet (a week has passed). Would not recommend this trip as it was too stressful.

      The price is not worth the view. It is better to pick one of the two (either Petronas Towers or KL Tower) for going up. I would prefer KL Tower as view is 360. There is no actual skip the line - it just buying the ticket online and you end up standing in a line to get up anyways. The guide is telling 5 sentences about the Petronas towers. And that info can easily be found in google. Customer service poor. Would not recommend.

      A bit of confusion on the Viator sight the tickets will get sent to you via WhatsApp not the hotel room as stated on their site. The Trip was amazing and well worth it.

      The tour itself was great BUT we didn't get tickets 24 hours before as promised. We had to send a number of emails and had to wait in hotel lobby for tkts to arrive on the day. Poor comms and when tkts arrived they were for way earlier than purchased which spoilt our plans for day. Just go direct.

      The Petronas Tour seemed rather brief and I was not happy that the access to the KL Tower was limited to just the Observation deck and one has to buy an additional ticket for RM 59 for the viewing level above. I found that disappointing...

      Definitely worth pre booking especially if busy season - tickets delivered as promised night before. Petronas Twin Towers excellent however the Observation Deck at KL Tower a little disappointing and would have been good to experience revolving restaurant as well obviously possible at extra cost but time for us didn't allow.

      This dual tour is the best value for money to see Kuala Lumpur from above. Prebooking your tickets takes the fuss away but if you have time, there is a board that tells you what times are available so in offseason not always necessary. Although most people opt to visit the Petronas Twin Towers in the evening to watch the sunset, and KL Tower during the day, I would suggest doing the opposite. Definitely visit the Petronas Towers first. The KL Towers second or you may be disappointed. The Twin Towers are impressive, new shiny ... it almost seems more spectacular from the ground below. The photos more dramatic. But from inside, you looking from behind glass. However, upgrade to the top deck at KL Towers and you are outdoors, there's a glass floor platform to challenge the faint hearted, a coffee shop to sit and enjoy a lovely snack seriously expensive, but the view and atmosphere makes it worth it. And you look down on the Petronas observation deck! If you only have time for one tower visit, the Top deck KL Tower would be my choice! There is no time limit so go up while it is light and stay for sunset! Take the Hop On Hop Off bus. There's a revolving restaurant so book a meal, if that takes your fancy! We found Booking through Viator effortless and a great experience, we use them everywhere we travel, takes the stress out of sightseeing... you get what is promised!

      Well worth purchasing these tickets before arriving in KL although visitors take note the KL ticket does not allow access to the top of the tower and we had to make an additional payment. It was worth paying the extra all be it annoying as there is a lovely café at the top and it outside and the skywalk platform was amazing. The Petronas towers are great and the guide was very informative and helpful. You are limited to time on this tour at the bridge and at the top but there was plenty of time to take photos and read the story.

      The Petronas Twin Towers is a beautiful building. If you are lucky with the weather the views are stunning. You also get the sky bridge walk, and seeing the other tower from the 86th floor is well worth it too. We also did the Kuala Lumpur Tower - not as high as Petronas, but also a lot of fun with great 360 degree views. A great price too...I recommend it.

      Worth doing but would definitely recommend going through the day instead of the night like we did. It was suggested to us to go at night to see the city lit up - but it rains a lot in KL at night! And with the rain and the light reflection on the windows it was difficult to see anything from the 86th floor! Go through the day, you'll be able to see so much more!!

      Tre, come la media tra il 5 dell'esperienza, molto suggestiva la salita sulla torre e il passaggio sul ponte sospeso. Un pochino meno la kl tower, forse abituati all'altezza dell'esperienza precedente. Non siamo potuti andare sullo Sky box x via del meteo. Peccato. Poi 1, per viator e il tour operator, i biglietti prima dovevano essere inviati all'hotel, cosa mai vista prima. Prima dicono un mese prima della data, non hanno mai inviato nulla, allora contattando viator per info, mi dicono che devo chiamare io il tour operator. Ridicolo proprio. Alla fine dopo che ogni giorno sono stato in chat i biglietti sono arrivati il giorno prima via whatsapp. Mah. Comunque mai più viator, poca professionalità e serietà, meglio ger your guide.

      Hatten etwas Probleme das wir die Eintrittskarten ins Hotel geliefert bekamen. Erst nach zweimaliger Intervention durch den Hotel- manger bekamen wir um ca. 23.00 Uhr die Eintrittskarten geliefert. Petronas Twin Tower war super, jedoch konnten wir die zweiten Eintrittskarten für Kuala Lumpur Tower Observation Deck nicht nutzen, die wir hier nur Eintrittskarten für KINDER bekamen!
