What To Expect

Begin with pickup at your Kuala Lumpur hotel, then follow a ‘best-of’ itinerary through the city with a private driver/guide, focusing on Kuala Lumpur’s past, present, and cutting edge.

Get your bearings from the Observation Deck at the Kuala Lumpur Tower, where you’ll look down at the city from the 360-degree lookout at 1,381 feet (421 meters). Continue to the Petronas Twin Towers for a photo stop, then drive past the Golden Triangle, a trio of bustling streets lined with skyscrapers, hotels, and shopping malls.

See Independence Square, also called Merdeka Square, where Colonial-era buildings and a Cricket Ground face the site where the first Malaysian flag was raised in 1957. Visit the K.L. Gallery to see the city in miniature, then snap photos of the historic, Moorish-style railway station. Continue to the National Mosque, King’s Palace, and Lake Garden, a sprawling botanical garden that’s visible from the road.

If desired, make optional stops at Beryl’s Chocolate Kingdom to sample locally-made sweets, or see a modern, hand-painted batik demonstration at Dong before concluding the tour with return transfer to your hotel.

Tour only lasted 3.5 hours,as we couldnt go to see the palace.However we were not told that the chocolate and batik factory was behind the Central market where we were brought to instead.

Mr. Dev was at our hotel right on time. He quickly adjusted the planned schedule based on what we had already seen on our own, and our main interests. As he drove us around to the various sites, he clearly described the cultural significance and historical perspective - very interesting! His English was very good, and he communicated clearly via WhatsApp when necessary, such as at the KL Tower when he waited outside. We appreciated that he listened well to our wishes and made sure that our time was spent well. A good tour.

We gave 3 stars because of the first driver who was assigned to us his name was Patrick in the start all was okay,but after our first location as we are tourist and have no information about the location he told us to apologise to him for not being in the location told even after indicating him where we were ,he started to disrespect us and commented on us being idiot and was rude as well . But the second drive after that Mr.yuves was perfect and was very informative and helpful and explained very well.

Excellent 1/2 day with driver Gan - on time pickup and very informative and attentive. We visited all the key places - royal palace, national memorial, national mosque, main sq and others place too. We stopped at the galley on the main sq for a coffee and read about the history - highlight was the kL tower. When we were there there were base jumpers jumping off the tower madness. !! Bait and switch

Be aware this tour is a bait and switch. It has a picture of the Twin towers in the advertisement, but includes entrance to the KL tower. We booked this on our last day for 1 PM. Our driver didn’t arrive, so I messaged them and they told us sorry, it’s been switched to 2 PM. We ended up just telling the driver to take us to the KL Tower and skip the city tour so we we could then go buy our own tickets to the twin towers. We were very lucky the box office still had tickets, this isn’t always the case.

Unlike our previous day our tour guide made this tour a tour to remember. I so wish I could remember his name because he was excellent. He knew his stuff about all the places that we visited and even insisted in taking photo of us both on our phones. We stopped at the war memorial and he allowed us to roam at our leisure and gave us ample time to explore the memorial and its gardens. There were parts of this tour we were not expecting like being taken to where Kuala Lumpur gets it name. We saw too much to be able to list everything but suffice to say from the moment he picked us up to the moment he dropped us off at our hotel this gentleman was a mine of information.

Firstly i want to tell that murthi sir have alot of knowledge about malaysia and he comes with a huge car for two passengers thas so impressive. we are traveling on a rainy day so we don't have any umbrella so MR MURTHI sir brings umbrella with them for us and that shows that how they care about there clients. We traveled kuala lumpur tower first and the view is like Fantastic then we go to other places. He tells us about the history of every place we pass by and the nature of murthi sir is so friendly that's why we didn't feel that we are traveling with any other guy. whenever i am coming back to malaysia i am going to book this package again.
