A great way to experience the Highlights of Kuwait

We had a great time on the half day tour through Kuwait! I especially appreciate how Amer was able to answer all our questions with easy - we learned a lot about the country and the history in short period of time. The tour really captures some of the great highlights of the country - from the grand Mosque to learning about the Sadu Carpet technique, to a Camel farm, an old military camp affected by the war and the souk in the city, the tour had all the highlights from ample included. 5/5 well deserved!!

Amazing experience

I was not as optimistic about the trip at first since we have seen a few countries in the GCC. However Waleed proved me wrong. He was very knowledgeable and his love for Kuwait can be seen throughout the journey. He took his time answering all our questions and were very patient responding to my children's queries. Waleed also recommended us where to eat and shop. This is a real worthwhile trip when you are in Kuwait!

Excellent tour through Kuwait City and to the desert

Excellent tour with guide Walid Amer who is not a Bedouin, but well informed and can tell and explain in a very good and understandable way. We -- only two tour guests -- saw almost everything what was scheduled. Impressive the panorama from the tall Kuwait Tower (entry 3 KD = 10 USD). Also the trip to the desert on the new long Sheikh Jaber al-Ahmad al-Sabah Bridge/Causeway to Bubiyan was spectacular. Al the end of the tour we could spent enough time in the old Souk in order to shop and have lunch. About 7 hours all together. The tour was worth its money, more than that.

Great day seeing the key sites in Kuwait and a trip into the desert. Walid was great at providing background to all the stops and places along the way. A lot to see with a great stop at the market area for lunch.

I had a terrific day with Walid. I’d been in Kuwait for a week so he improvised our itinerary to suit my curiosities. He has a genuine love of history and culture and that comes through in his storytelling. It’s a wonderful tour with a wonderful human being.

Out and about in Kuwait

What an absolutely wonderful experience! 1st thing in the morning I was greeted by Waleed, who was very polite and knowledgeable. Next we visited so many interesting places in the city like the Mirror House, museums and city scape then he headed to yhe desert ❤️, had tea in a camp, and if course beautiful camels. I would take this trip all over again just to chat with Waleed about the History of Kuwait...he was an amazing tour guide! Thank you Waleed for making my trip outstanding!

Nicely planned desert experience

Knowledgable guide, who has taken us to the desert and shared lots of local insights. Sunset by the desert, with an Arabic, traditionally brewed tea was a memorable moment. Camels were fun. It might be worth noticing that quads are extra paid - makes sense to take some cash before the tour. Kuwait skyline in the evening impressed us. Overall, it was a good planned 3h trip, we can recommend :)

A fun day out in Kuwait!

This was a fun day out seeing the sights of Kuwait City, and experiencing the desert. Waldo was an amazing tour guide with a wealth of knowledge about his country, and the Middle East in general. He was patient with all of our questions. We saw the major sites of the city, including a tour of the Grand Mosque, and then headed across a 38km bridge/highway to the desert where we saw the sea, sand, camels and coffee… it is a lot more fun than I’m making it out to be! We were dropped off at the main market (by our choice) and followed Walid’s recommendation for some lunch- it was delicious! I definitely recommend this tour as an introduction to Kuwait!
