I was told we would arrive in the Vatican no later than 11:00 Am and the bus arrived 11:20Am, causing three members of our group to miss their pre-scheduled skip-the-line Vatican tour. We were told by our Victor customer service rep. we would have an English speaker or ann English translation available. The bus driver could not speak in English and could not communicate where to connect with Vatican tour. Three members of our group missed their pre-paid Vatican tour because of miss direction. The SIT bus pamphlet showed a pickup at Roma Terminal 3:45. The actual pick-up was two blocks up the street and we were lucky to make our connection because we accidentally connected with other people who were scheduled to return to the Symphony of the Seas on this bus. The poor communication and lack of an English speaking driver caused us a great deal of stress and caused three group members the cost of their Vatican tour. We were miss-led by the customer service of our Viator rep and would have traveled by train if we knew the bus did not provide an English translation or was not going to arrive so late off schedule. We could have easily made our Vatican tour with better direction provided by the bus driver. Would not schedule this bus again and would recommend to travelers who are a limited time schedule to take the train.

The Open bus tour is very comfortable because customers can hop on and hop off in multiple stops around the city at the time they prefer. Anyway, all information about the activity is clear and we communicate to drop off in Piazza Indipendenza to enjoy the open bus tour. Also we always have a phone number available to help customers. On Viator is clearly indicated the stop of Via Crescenzio 2 as the pick up point to Civitavecchia port. Thank you!
