The directions was very confusing and trying to get from the boat to the destination was unclear In all we missed our excursion I emailed you guys regarding this and I also requested a refund. I’m in day 4/5 and haven’t heard anything

We were on a cruise and purchased this ticket, but we didn’t realize that once we got off the ship that it would cost us another 6 Euros a piece to pay for a shuttle bus ride to get to the train station and this whole process took us over an hour because we had to find the line for the shuttle bus and stand in that line. Once you get to the train station we needed to switch the viator voucher for an actual ticket then make sure you go to the correct train. You need time because you will get confused. We missed the first train and had to pay for the next train. Please take my advice and leave at least an 1 1/2 early if you are coming in via the cruise ship. Follow these steps: 1. Get off the cruise ship and get on the shuttle to the train station 2. Once you arrive at the train station switch your viator voucher for your train ticket 3. Stand in the correct stop for the train 2T train, because it is more trains that start with 2.

This "tour" offers nothing extra that you cannot do yourself.

Please contact us. I was sent information for the fast train I scheduled leaving at 8am. The itinerary sent the morning of the tour had later times?! The lady at your "tourist booth" was rude and the fast train we reserved was not a fast train at all. Cost is a taxi ride and more money for nothing. Should have just bought a ticket at the train station in the first place - this company should not be allowed to sell. The shuttle is free already and the tickets are less expensive and easy to buy.

Went to tourist office per the instructions. They gave me tickets to the train but it was not the express They did not have maps of Rome we ended up at station termini The return trip from termini the train broke down. We had to get on another train which was a local so it took longer. Finally arrived in the port and caught the last shuttle to the pier. Never did see or use the express so I paid for service I did not get

That there was NO express train and no one from Cruise Rome turned up to meet us at dedicated meeting point .could not contact them at all.Managed to get a contact number for your customer service through pissedcustomer.com,absolutely useless..basically tried to say we had gone to wrong place and would not cancel credit card transaction. Have read previous reviews on trip advisor and this seems quite a regular occurance . And seeing as the contract was not fulfilled by Cruise Rome I expect a full refund immediately.

Very unreliable service. It doesn’t fit certain cruise line that have early departure. I don’t advise it get you some acquainted with the regional train schedule accordingly. The company rates are inflated so you pay twice as much to skip the lines But don’t believe that they have a representative will help you when you show up there I strongly advise everyone against using Them if I want to stick with the quality of the service is biota have been delivering this is the worst

Terrible experience; but we ended up getting a full refund through Viator. The instructions we received upon booking stated we would be "met by our friendly staff" at the bus stop to get on a free shuttle to the train station. When we arrived at the bus stop we could not find anyone who knew what was going on. Asked multiple staff; no one knew anything about the company or shuttle service. So, we ended up taking a taxi to the train station because we were afraid we would miss our train. Once we got there, we went to the ticket station where we were supposed to be "met by our friendly staff." Again, could find no one who knew anything about the company or train tickets. Called the phone number and was told there are "two ticket stations." Turns out we needed to go to the door that had a red sign saying "Tourist Information." There was nothing noting the name of the company OR Viator on the sign. Long story short, we missed the express train we had paid more money for; it would have been easier and less stressful to just get tickets on our own. A complete waste of mental and emotional energy.

Terrible!!! Bought express tickets from port to Rome for 10am. Got to train station on found out tickets were no good only express train was at 915 am. Contacted tour company and was given much cheaper tickets not express. Currently awaiting resolution for refund
