INACCURATE CONFIRMATION INFO

The company arrived to pick us up at 7:30AM based on info they received from Viator but it did not match the confirmation I had from viator. As a result, our family of 5 adults with 2 of us having mobility issues missed our appointment and had to find our own transfer and pay a separate (2nd) fee. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

The pick up at the port was just as advertised. The driver was was actually early, which helped us get to the airport in plenty of time. Our driver was very friendly and his Mercedes van was quite spacious and met our travel needs for a family of 4+8 bags!

Smooth way to end our cruise

Smooth way to leave our cruise headed for the airport. And so glad we did because there was a shortage of taxis and several cruisers were desperately looking for airport transport as the train doesn’t go to the airport from Civitavecchia and the cruise cut-off for booking the airport shuttle bus is mid cruise. Great communication using WhatsApp and easy to find our driver right outside the cruise terminal doors- no long walks or confusion. Very nice van with plenty of space for our family of 5 and our luggage. Very kind driver with great English.
