Great view and nice walk along the mountain. We could see and experience the real powerful nature through the tour.
Also our guide, Rintaro was great especially his tour guide plan was arranged not to meet and overlapped with big tour group so we could enjoy the view and walk quietly.

The guide did as well as he could to accommodate the weather. The walks were nice enough, not spectacular. Not sure if it was just the weather.

We made several stops for pictures, on the way back it could be less tho, since everyone is tired and just want to go back to the Hotels as quickly as possible.
Provided with snacks and water and lots of information about the area.
Very helpful and even dropped me back at my accommodation!

Perfect for anyone who's not traveling with a car. Plenty of time to do the Hooker Valley track and the Kea point. Even stopped for a lavender ice-cream on the way back

The hike was nice but it is not worth the price
If you have a car you better do it yourself has this is mostly a taxi drive

My group was a family of 4 adults (40+ couple and 60+ couple) and 2 boys (10 and 12 yo).
It was our first time in NZ and this tour was an excellent introduction to what NZ's nature had to offer!
We thoroughly enjoyed our tour! All thanks to our very thoughtful and experienced guide Mr Ban. I explained to him that we were more "tourists" than "hikers" and he immediately tailored the itinerary accordingly to make it manageable for my 60+ yo parents and my 2 boys. He planned scenic stops/rest points along the way and we still could experience both the Tasman Glacier and Hooker Valley trails!
Thankfully our group was "big enough" and we had the entire mini-bus to ourselves!
Highly recommended! And many thanks to our guide Mr Ban!
