Worst Service Ever, they will try to steal from you.

Worst service ever. I booked a single person trip, from Santo Domingo Airport to Las Terrenas. Before arriving to Santo Domingo they message me saying they had the wrong pick up time, but I had previously confirmed with them. They said if I wanted them to take me I had to pay an extra $100 on top of what I had previously paid. I refused because I had already paid and $100 is more than half of the original payment. They refused to take me, and I had find a another way to get to my destination. I was told by someone that since I was by my self they asked for more money because it wasn’t worth it to take just one person.

Nobody should use this service. I paid upfront and was charged. There was not a driver waiting for us when we arrived. When I called, nobody answered. I was forced to pay out of pocket for another driver. This is a scam!!! Additionally, when i requested a refund for the service I never used I was denied.

Horrible transport service

Horrible transport service company named Solanch transport services that Viator used. When we got to the airport there was nobody waiting to pick us up. We had to look for the driver, ended up waiting in the airport for at least 30-45 minutes, spoke with the manager of this company and he didn’t do anything for us until I got mad and he finally found a driver to drive us to the hotel. This was after I contacted Viator and told the agent our issue. We will never use this company for transport again!!

LE retour las terrenas Saint Domingue n 'a pas été assure .Un transporteur local nous a transporte pour 180 euros plus le stress de manque l avion et les coups de telephones .Nous allons en RD tous les ans C'était la première expérience, Viator?
