Absolute incredible. Well organised and breathtaking scenery. Our pilot Gerard was amazing. Very reassuring and knowledgeable. A trip not to he missed!

Awful experience, didn’t even get to go. Weight issues due to people putting in their wrong weight which delayed trip. They gave us the option to fly around without landing on canyon floor which is why we paid $1200 to do it. We chose a refund after wasting 2.5 hours of our night.

We had a great experience. Everything went smoothly from the pickup shuttle at our hotel to the final drop off at the same spot. The flight and the pilot Thoren was amazing. Extremely welcoming and the champagne at the grand canyon is definetely a must, but of course flying for the first time in a helicopter and precisely over the grand canyon is an unforgeatable experience!
Worth every time.

Truly amazing, I flew over the Grand Canyon twelve years ago but this time I decided to land in the Grand Canyon and lunch with my husband for his birthday.
Once in a lifetime trip!

The flight was canceled because of high winds. That wasn’t a problem. The problem was that you sent me to the wrong airport and that cost me $106. Unbelievable and unacceptable. Horrible experience. Never again.
Untouched beauty

We have see a lot of beautiful things in our lifetime, this was unbelievable. We felt like we were in the promise land. Rebecca our pilot was rock on!
Everything perfect, except for the transportation to and from Vegas
Craig_S, Dec 2023
First the good stuff - the experience itself was tremendous. Our pilot was terrific and everything about the flight, the Grand Canyon, the picnic, was absolutely perfect. The van ride there and back was just the opposite. The pickup instructions were terribly unclear and our driver was impossible to understand, he was coughing up a lung and wearing his mask on his chin, and drove with a horrendous heavy foot was made all of us car sick. Take away the transportation to and from and this is a perfect experience. Hopefully this can be fixed on your end. Otherwise, I'd recommend this experience to everyone we know that goes to Vegas with kids. One more thing, the unexpected $30 fuel charge per person once we got to the airport was kind of cheesy.
Roger_S, Dec 2023
This was the most amazing experience. I highly recommend to anyone to see the Grand Canyon from the bottom in all its beauty. The staff were amazing and helpful and made the experience one we will never forget

Such an awesome experience from start to end! Landing in the Grand Canyon was epic! Our pilot, Kevin, was so friendly and funny which made the experience even better. We didn’t realize we would be on the helicopter with another group, but it was awesome nonetheless! Would definitely recommend!

Once in a lifetime expereince
Neil_S, Dec 2023
Had an amazing experience with Papillon on a sunset flight from Vegas to the Grand Canyon on 20th November. Originally I was on a morning flight but it was moved the day before to the afternoon due to the expected higher winds, but I was flexible and in the end it worked out better for me. Not sure what would have happened had I other plans though.... The Helipad was located at the main airport and was a nice surprize how close to the strip it was as I was expecting a bit of a journey south but it only took a few minutes, could easily walk from some hotels rather than take the shuttle. Check in was painless and smooth. I was travelling solo, but got added to a flight with a bunch of Aussies which helped make the trip even better as there was good conversation and banter! Our pilot Jeremy was very informative, happy to answer any questions and joined in with our conversation. He also had the best music playlist which enhanced the experience, but that might just be my age talking! The flight itself was amazing and the scenery breathtaking! We got an additional landing and take-off to pick up fuel on the way, which apparently is not normal but added to the overall trip. I sat up front which I would recommend if possible because your view is more unrestricted although obviously weight can play a part here. I hear some people complain about the drink / snack, that is given whilst you stop, but what do you expect? For me it was a little taster and that was fine, I would not expect them to haul out a 5-course meal. The return journey was perfect with the sun going down casting amazing shadows and colours and the pictures are sensational. Flying down the strip as the sun set and the lights all on was the icing on the cake, sitting up front obviously made a difference, and I can understand if you are sat back right might not be as great because your view will be obscured and in this case the best seats would be left side. For me though it was a once in a lifetime experience and I could not recommend it or Jeremy the pilot enough.
