The canyon view from the skywalk and Hoover dam stop, amazing views. It was magnificent. My family really enjoy Ed this tour during our annual Christmas vacation. Everything was amazing and we had a great tour guy and driver. Laila and John were great and friendly. She was very knowledgeable about the history of the canyon and their surrounding cities . We had the best time.

Walking Tour Upgrade
Dmitry_V, Apr 2024
Really good tour! Had Brandon as the guide, who did a fantastic job. Explained everything very clearly, was knowledgeable and most importantly made sure everyone had fun. Took pictures for literally everyone. I would recommend the VIP walking tour upgrade, was well worth it for several hours of extra content and faster bus transport.
Enjoyed it immensely
Cynthia_G, Apr 2024
The tour guide was excellent. Very happy to take our photo at every stop. There were plenty stops to stretch our legs.
Thank you Brandon and John, Viator
Florentin_S, Apr 2024
Brandon is an amazing tour guide - I went to West Rim twice before but this was the best experience. So much good information, working great with John (driver) they managed to give us a great time. Highly recommend to get the VIP which means that inside the canyon you get the bus to drive you around instead of the local shuttle, plus Brandon to take pictures and be your guide in there. Just 20 dollars per person but it will be worth it. We had wings and fries in Boulder for dinner and it was great, we only stopped for 30 min and ordered in advance. First hotel pick up is the first hotel drop off. Don't recommend the Skywalk, you get the views from there right next to it and you are not allowed to bring your phone. Hope this helps, cheers. Once again, Brandon was absolutely hat down amazing.
Amazing experience!
Harry_L, Apr 2024
Our driver, John, and tour guide, Brandon, were always courteous, informative and punctual during our visit to the Grand Canyon West Rim and Hoover Dam. They made sure that everyone was adequately provided water, meals and time throughout. Brandon was also very entertaining and took the time to take photos of everyone. Despite the glitch of getting the wrong lunch, ham and cheese sandwich instead of corned beef, we highly recommend this long day tour! PS. Double check your lunch when you get it!🤣🤣🤣

not too happy with the Itineracy west entrance views are nothing compare to South entrance views of Grand Canyon
Leela_P, Apr 2024
Not too happy with itinerary. Do not understand of walking tour at the west entrance and the views are nothing compare to south entrance. Instead of wasting in walking tour and stopping at breakfast pickup etc, should have take the guests to South entrance. There is nothing to show at the west entrance still forced us to walk us with her in the cold windy weather saying that we cannot go back to bus without her. Also what's the point of wasting 45 minutes for dinner stop (to pick of 15 people dinner out of 67 guests ) just when we are 30 minutes drive from Las vegas where one would find more dinner choices. felt waste of one day and the money - views at west entrance is nothing should have planned to South entrance.
Response from Host, Apr 2024
Hello, Thank you for contacting us regarding your tour. We are sorry that your tour did not meet your expectations. The Grand Canyon West Rim is owned and operated by the Hualapai Indians. It offers attractions you can't find anywhere else, such as the Grand Canyon Skywalk. As for the dinner stop, this is a convenient stop for the passengers and the driver to get something to eat, drink, stretch their legs, or use the bathroom. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused. We appreciate your business and thank you for your kind understanding.

My girlfriends and I had not seen each other in over 15 years and we met in Vegas for a Girls trip. Part of that trip included this tour to the Grand Canyon with lunch, Hoover Dam Stop & Optional Skywalk. We had a wonderful time because Brandon and Nelson made us feel so very comfortable, taken care of and provided the best history of these locations. They did a fantastic job. Really enjoyed this experience! Top Notch!

Crossed Grand Canyon off my bucket list!
Adrienne_C, Apr 2024
The only thing I thought was unnecessary was stopping for dinner but other than that the trip was a delight the views were magnificent and the weather was perfect Our tour guide Branden was great and Lupe was a great bus driver!

Tour Guide was Awesome; Tour - not Recommended.
Kimberly_M, Apr 2024
Laila was an amazing guide!!!! My recommendation to NOT take this tour has nothing to do with her. I highly recommend Laila! The tour goes to the West Rim, after stopping to get breakfast and lunch to bring back or eat on the bus. The West Rim is really only 2 points - Eagle Point and Guano Point. Eagle Point has the Skywalk, so if you're interested in that, it's cool. Guano Point is really cool with great views. The Hoover Dam stop was a huge disappointment. We literally only crossed over the Pat Tilman bridge; having to take photos from the bus. We stopped at a point where you could barely see the dam and couldn't see the bridge at all. I went on a helicopter ride, which was the HIGHLIGHT of this trip, and optional, but $260 extra. They also stop at the same place for dinner on the way back, which has limited pasta offerings. I'd recommend seeing these places but I will have to take another trip at another time to actually see the bridge and Hoover Dam so that's why I do not recommend this tour.
Response from Host, Apr 2024
Hello, We are happy that you had the opportunity to visit the Grand Canyon West Rim and enjoyed the exceptional service of Laila. She is one of the most popular and requested tour guides and we will pass on your awesome feedback to her. We are so sorry that your tour did not meet your expectations. The Grand Canyon West Rim is owned and operated by the Hualapai Indians. It offers attractions you can't find anywhere else, such as the Grand Canyon Skywalk. One of the most dramatic viewpoints of the Grand Canyon West Rim is at Guano Point, boasting stunning 360-degree views of the canyon. It is stated on the booking that we do a photo stop at the Hoover Dam, not to be confused with a Hoover Dam tour. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused. We appreciate your business and thank you for your kind understanding.
Excellent Trip
