What To Expect

Your Grand Canyon helicopter tour starts with pickup from your Las Vegas hotel by a luxury van.

After your transfer to the airport in Boulder City, receive a warm welcome from your pilot and a safety briefing for your flight in a state-of-the-art A-Star helicopter. Then take to the skies for your flight to the Grand Canyon. You'll get amazing views along the way, passing over Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, Fortification Hill and the dark volcanic cliffs of the Black Canyon.

When you arrive at the Grand Canyon, your pilot flies you through the canyon to look at the colorful rock walls and see the Colorado River up close, then follow the path of the Colorado River past rock formations that formed millions of years ago. Keep your camera handy for photo ops of cathedral buttresses, sculptural rock pillars and enormous canyon expanses everywhere you look.

Took the one hour long helicopter tour. Had incredible views of the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam and Lake Mead. The pilot was very nice, humorous and informative. This ride accommodates solo and couple travelers. Must try at least once in your lifetime experience :)

The helicopter ride was a great experience beautiful view except the helicopter ride was cramped, very uncomfortable. Put 4 big people in the backseat and the smaller couple in the front, because it was so cramped in the back it was hard to take pictures. The pilot told about the Grand Canyon through head phone speakers, could barely hear him.

Great service prompt pickup and drop off and amazing experience.

From pick up to actual ride and drop off was smooth experience. We were part of a six passenger helicopter ride. As soon as we arrived we we’re registered, weighed and given complimentary water, the waiting area was comfortable and a safety video played giving detailed information on what to expect, safety highlights and when our pliot Chrstine (Chrissie) arrived she put us at ease immediately. It was a windy day and for some of us not having experienced a helicopter ride Chrissie made us feel comfortable and explained everything from start to finish. She was an excellent guide and when the wind gushes came she told us in advance to expect a small bump and these were normal conditions for them. The ride itself was breathtaking from hoover damn, lake mead, canyon to the strip on return journey. We had a photograph taken before taking off and worth buying. Special thank you to Chrissie and the team on the ground . Our driver on drop off journey was brilliant too

My trip was changed twice. Initially I was told there was no availability left on the trip I booked, which was annoying as it was available on the website at my time of booking. I was changed to 1pm. Then a few days later I was changed to a 2pm landing tour which I didn’t want to do. But I had no choice, it was either this trip or no trip. The pick up van came 30 mins early and I thought they would leave without me if I didn’t get to the location asap. Apart from these inconviences I really enjoyed the trip itself and would recommend to a friend.

Few issues with weather caused the cancellation of the original date of the trip Friday 15/3 but company moved it to the following day. Was contacted by them 2 hours before to say that unless there were an additional 2 more passengers then it would have to be moved to the Sunday (our last day) but that would definitely go ahead as passengers were already booked on That subsequently happened and went on the trip on the Sunday The trip itself was brilliant with manny the pilot being very knowledgeable on the locations we flew over Had the trip gone ahead as originally revised then we would not have had an issue however it did reduce other opportunities for our visit by cancelling on the Saturday which should have not had been the case
