Pickup details

Your pick-up time will vary based on the hotel you are staying at. Pick-up times are generally 45 minutes to 90 minutes before departure time and available via Luxury-style transportation. If you choose the self-drive option, you must check in at our helicopter terminal 45 minutes before departure.

  • Total weight per passenger: 300 lbs
  • Confirmation will be received within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability
  • Individual passenger weights, including infants, MUST be advised at time of booking
  • For comfort and weight/balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 300 lbs will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour

  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Great tour and excellent pilot. It was a experience we wont forget. If give the chance. You can sit in the front seats for a small fee. It was worth rvery cent.

A very, very bad travel experience. The 30-minute travel ticket I bought turned out to be only 15 minutes. And they are not allowed to take pictures in front of the plane. I specially brought my mother to experience it, and I was really disappointed. Coming so far ruined my mood. Very bad experience, I will never experience it again. They even tricked me into paying $60 for two people to sit in a good seat. It was really ridiculous.

We had an awesome time! Jayden was great pilot! Had a great sense of humor and educated us on the area's we flew over. Took us on a little excitement with a few dips to the right for some stomach drops. We loved it! Would recommend highly! Thanks Awesome

Rude and bad-tempered pilots. We bought a package for 6 people and they distributed us in 3 helicopters. I didn't enjoy the ride with my family. It lasted 8 minutes. I don't recommend it at all.

A MUST DO! Amazing time. Not long enough though. From the shuttle bus driver that waited for me for 15min. Everyone real pleasent even though they wete working on xmas eve! Did i say ,A MUST DO?

We were sitting in the unlucky slot of the helicopter and didn’t see anything at all of the buildings of the city center. Wasted time and money.

Viator is a useless service. Total waste of money. No value for your money. Book directly with operators otherwise you’d be paying more of your money only to get crappy service from Viator. They damn near ruined my vacation. Absolutely not worth it.
