Pickup details

When booking a private transfer from Las Vegas and surrounding area to Las Vegas Airport (LAS), you will have 10 minutes free wait time from the schedule pick-up time; additional wait time will be charged at 15 minutes increments. Once your transfer reservation is completed, you will be provided with a link (and a phone number should you prefer calling) allowing you to confirm the exact pick-up address and tell us the time you wish us to pick you up so we can get you to your flight on-time. Price per person depends on number of travelers in your party, based on 3 passengers per sedan, 5 passengers per SUV, or 6 passengers per Stretch Limousine. It's that easy!

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

What a RIDE!

Our driver was great. He called letting me know he was in route and provided an estimated time of arrival. Upon meeting him, he introduced himself. He placed our luggage in the trunk. The limo was immaculate inside and out. It included bottles of water in ice, champagne glasses and other beverage glasses. Once we reached the airport, he removed our luggage and said I hope you enjoyed your stay. He was professional, personable and courteous.

First you sent the wrong car to pick us up it supposed to be a sedan but you sent a suv when I ordered a sedan and when I made the reservation you said it is going to be Carmel limousine but it was earth and on our arrival we had to walk very far for the car I think I should have a little refund

I booked departure transportation after friend suggested using this site for car service as she has done before. I called and gave specific instructions on pickup time, and ensured I would be picked up at specified time. In addition to giving my flight information I once again confirmed I would be picked up at time I specified in order to make it to airport for scheduled flight and once again representative did confirm this. However, the next morning I spoke to car service that was intended to provide transportation, and the pick up time they given was flight departure time! They informed me there was no way they would be able to pick me up for actual pick up time That was specified during booking, which at this point of call was in 20 min.! I was outraged at the fact I was given multiple verbal confirmation and emailed booking confirmation only to pay for a service that wasn’t going to happen last minute! This was for a flight that I could not be late for or miss!

I requested a ride from the Venetian Hotel to the Las Vegas Airport. Everything was paid for and confirmation number was given for Saturday Sept 18th at 8:00 a.m. We went down early to make sure we don't miss the ride. At 7:45 a.m. I called the 212-666-6666 number and the gentleman eventually got through to a dispatcher. To only find out that they were over booked and NO car was coming for us. Not even a call to us to let us know this. I would never recommend your services if you treat people like this !!
