Pickup details

Our company provides airport pickup services for all our travellers at Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport. Once you have collected your bags, our representative will wait outside the Leh Airport with a name sign to ensure a smooth transfer. Please note that all climbers must arrive in Leh, India, at least 48 hours before the departure of the climbing expedition to allow sufficient time for acclimatisation. Additionally, you must adhere to all health restrictions in Leh during your stay.

The schedule of activities for the proposed ascent of Kang Yatse I and II has been meticulously crafted and compiled by a seasoned mountaineer with extensive experience in leading such expeditions.
International travellers need a visa to enter the country where the expedition takes place, and climbers must obtain a visa from their home country.
A packed lunch will be provided on certain days, such as during acclimatisation and summit days.
Climbers are responsible for bringing their own personal climbing gear, clothing, and equipment.

Climbers can bring snacks, energy bars, chocolates, and non-alcoholic beverages that suit their preferences while trekking or climbing.
When planning your trip, it's crucial to consider travel insurance as an investment in your peace of mind. In case of unforeseen circumstances, such as medical emergencies, hospital stays, transfers, evacuation, or associated medical costs not included in your package, travel insurance can protect you from unexpected expenses and help you travel with confidence. Don't let unforeseen events ruin your trip.
Personal expenses such as laundry service, buying a local SIM card, telephone bills and any meals or services not specified in the 'Inclusions' section are not included in the package cost.
Please take note that we have a policy in place regarding tour cancellations. Once the tour has started, we are unable to refund any payments made. We kindly ask for your understanding as we strive to provide the best possible experience for all our guests.
Guests must bring their necessary medications and personal toiletries.
Expenses resulting from unexpected events like natural disasters or political unrest are not covered in the package cost.
Additional nights spent in hotels or guesthouses in Leh beyond the itinerary are not included in the package.
Satellite phones will only be used for emergency climbing requirements and not for personal calls.
Our experienced porters and chef will accompany us up to the Kang Yatse Basecamp.
