Rollercoaster ride
Elaine_S, May 2024
Our driver drove dangerously fast seemingly to make up time for being late. We could hardly see what we were passing. Our connecting van to limerick was a no show. We waited one hour. We were able to catch the van picking up the tour from Dingle. That driver seemed too old.
They cancelled with 1 days notice, which cost me money. Awful

The tour operator confirmed the trip had been cancelled with 1 days notice. By witch time it was to late to book a tour with anyone else or cancel my hotel reservation. And the tour with the same provider, the day before was not value for money. I would never book with them again.
I love it!

The breathtaking scenery makes people feel the majesty of Ireland. Thanks to our friendly driver, wonderful town, delicious restaurants, and a great trip!
So beautiful!

Scenery was absolutely amazing. Paulie our first driver to Killarney was fabulous and showed us some special places. He was great with stories friendly and taking pictures . Jaime drove us around the ring of Kerry. He was nice and very informative. Could have used a little more time in the village of Sneem the Quills store is beautiful. Overall an excellent tour. So beautiful!
A fantastic experience.

Stunning views the entire trip and plenty of photo opportunities. Drivers were exceptionally patient and friendly and never short of a story to tell.

The trip was very pleasant. We catch a lovely bright and sunny day. We get a lot of good tips from driver. We made a lot of nice photos.

Beautiful scenery! Loved lunch at The Lobster Pot. The Ring of Kerry is a must see! Our drivers were informative, kind, and funny. I still can’t get over how they drive that huge bus on those tiny roads.
Entertaining and comfortable

Great day trip with an entertaining driver and guide. Highly recommended way to experience The Ring Of Kerry.
Not worth it

Our guide was knowledgeable and I felt like I saw the Ring of Kerry, which is why I’m giving two stars instead of one. The actual experience was incredible disappointing. I was traveling to Dublin after the tour and emailed Paddywagon ahead of time to see whether I should bring my luggage or if I should figure out a storage option. Additionally, I emailed to reconfirm the return time so that I could book my bus appropriately. We switched buses twice, so that we took three different buses throughout the day, so I ended up carrying all of my luggage for 1.5 hours at the first stop while we waited for the next bus to arrive (the tourist center and every other location that I asked wouldn’t hold my bags for liability purposes). My group of 5 from Limerick also were asked to walk 15 minutes along a freeway (again with all my luggage) to meet the third bus that would bring us back to Limerick. Our driver said it was a 3 minute walk and didn’t give us a phone number or any way to contact Paddwagons after hours as we were wandering aimlessly. A lot of the issues could have been avoided with adequate communication from Paddywagon, but wasn’t. I would recommend basically any other way of seeing the Ring of Kerry besides this company unless you’re coming from a major hub and have nothing else going on all day.

The guide was knowledgable and helpful, giving us enough time everyhere to enjoy the scenery or a good lunch. I highly reccomend this tour to the lovers of wilde natural beauties - the Ring of Kerry is unbeatable.
Good tour

Well organized tour. Unfortunately we missed part of the Ring of Kerry because the road was blocked and we had to do a detour
Not worth the time ...

Personally we didn't enjoy this trip. Too many stops, most of the places were simply for shopping or food with little to enjoy. We made few stops where we widened up taking picture of hill or lakes. During this trip to Europe, we took six tours and this one was definitely on the bottom. Ideally you have tour with things to do which are around nature history but this was more gear towards walking in towns around ring or few stops to take picture of mountains. Need more interesting things to enjoy in 10 hour tours.

Very good experience. We had very nice tour guide Martin, he was very polite and had good humour. Talked about places we are visiting , gave us enough time to explore. Very beautiful views on the sides while driving. Pitstone were amazing. I loved this trip with my BF, Mom n Son. ❤️
Great trip

The bus teip was funny, we all enjoyed and learned with the guide stories. Also, we could visiti so many places. I highlight Waterville and Killarney national park. Finally, the trip was almost 12 hours but time went fast.
Nice bus driver, but.....
Mariana_S, Jun 2022
Our driver was great and he clearly knew a lot about Ireland in general, really nice guy! Unfortunately, his microphone was so bad that we didn't hear most of what he said. They definetely need to change/fix it. Besides that, the bus was late almost 40 minutes and we couldn't contact anyone from the company because all the offices were closed. It just doesn't make any sense to have buses leaving at 8 am if no one can pick up the phone in any off their offices - in case something goes wrong as it went. Overall we had a good experience, but its definetely not worth €50 per person. There is no toilet on the bus, and the WiFi wasn't working either. If the bus driver wasn't nice, our trip would probably have been a disaster.
The tour guide makes all the difference
Quinn_L, Apr 2022
The sights and towns in this trip were great, but I would rate my experience as Poor. Our travel chieftain gave zero information about anything we were seeing, zero information about any of our stops, zero information about anything except what time to get back on the bus. It was very disappointing. I've taken similar tours before where the driver was highly entertaining and knowledgeable. This was not one of them. I felt like this was just one really long bus ride, not a bus tour.
INCORRECT DEPARTURE TIME listed on our Viator tickets!! Missed the bus-entire tour!
Cynthia_H, Mar 2019
Incorrect departure time listed on Viator tickets!! Missed the bus- missed the ENTIRE tour. Called the bus company days in advance to check on parking options. No mention of incorrect departure time, parking LIMITED, terrible traffic in Arthur’s Quay area. Office inside mall area - difficult to find. Last day of vacation. REQUESTING A FULL REFUND!!
Perfect trip
