Booked a transfer from hotel (Zimbabwe) to Livingston airport (Zambia) only to be told the transfer was from the border only and had to pay extra to get from hotel to border. Not Impressed

Prompt professional service

Easy and prompt pickup from the airport to our hotel (Avani) near Victoria Falls. Driver was waiting at the airport and ready to go. One other couple we traveled with booked a driver through the hotel and paid $100 more for a smaller car. We have a nice large air conditioned van. In addition, the company had other excursions that we booked with them for later in the trip. Definitely recommended!

Packages were affordable and well structured. Guides were professional and had a vast knowledge of the activities undertaken. Transfers between activities and countries were seamless, with guides in these countries collecting me at the respective borders, timeously. Support at the borders were effectively rendered and the transition from one country to the other were smooth. They went above and beyond and also supported me with secure accommodation in Chobe.

The taxi service was excellent, with prompt pick up and very good communication. We continued to use the local company, Cherish throughout our stay. We communicated easily through Whatsapp and used their online payment service, Pesapal, to pay in advance of our journeys. Really excellent service and we highly recommend!
