We had a great time with our tour guide, John! Very knowledgeable and entertaining. We visited in February 2024 and though it was a bit chilly that day, I really recommend this tour as a complement to seeing the sites in London. My only regret is that I wished I had done a bit more research into Oxford before showing up. Oxford is not a single entity, rather each of a couple dozen colleges at Oxford operate more or less independently, and each has its own property AND its own visiting hours and fees. These fees are not very high but with just a two hour window, you'll want to research ahead which one or two you'd like to visit. Also, some of the colleges close (at least their dining halls) to visitors over the lunch hour - which this tour straddles. All that to say - do your research on what precisely you want to see and when it will be open to you, to make the most of the short 2 hours in Oxford! (I also recommend the Oxford Audio Tour - just google it - a free podcast that provides a walking path through the university.)

Great tour - really enjoyed our day. Plenty of time at Oxford to look around and get lunch. Only about 30 mins at both Cotswold villages. Would have loved to skip Burford and spend more time at the quieter more picturesque villages, but we did Enjoy the Church at Burford. Bus was good, your guide was great.
Wonderful tour

Our guide Francis was fun and knowledgeable about history of England and familiar with surrounding areas. We had good time while in the van and visiting the villages. Oxford was especially good.
Worthwhile Tour

Loved the combination of sightseeing both driving and walking. I loved it all: Cotswald and Oxford. Our tour driver did a very good job of being informative and not unnecessarily talkative.
Barry made the trip fun.

Relaxing Drive through the Cotswolds.

Barry was great. He was a careful contentious driver who is also kind and knowledgeable about the area. My daughter sat in the jump seat beside him and he made her feel at home. The cities were so beautiful. I was able to relax away from the face paced traffic laden streets of London. We cannot recommend this trip enough.
Beautiful and charming place.

I loved this tour! The tour guide, Adrian, was fantastic, witty, helpful. The Cotswolds are amazing! We finally got to see Oxford. I saw more than anticipated. I recommend this tour!
Get away from London

Getting away from London and experiencing charming and unique medieval small towns was refreshing. The beautiful countryside is always a welcome to the eyes.
Take back to old times

Our tour guide Carl is funny and knowledgeable, gave us a good run down of London while we were winding our way through London, made tasteful jokes along the way. We learned about the daylight robbery aka brick robbery, the blue plaque, spotted one of them with Hitchcock name engraved on it; a small restaurant Diana used to frequent. He interacted with us in a very dynamic and friendly way. I don’t want to spill all the beans out here. All in all, we had a wonderful time. The Cotswold is well worth a visit.
Lovely trip

I absolutely loved the Cotswolds tour. I think we could have stayed a bit longer in the first village. BTW: our guide Carl was wonderful!
Nice daytrip from London
Kadri_K, Mar 2024
It was lovely trip and talkative driver, who made a day for us. We learned some interesting facts about London and UK.
Recommend!

The guide and the mini bus were all fantastic. The meeting point was a little difficult to find as I think most people were expecting it to just be at the Victoria Coach station. I’m not sure I found the Cotswolds worth the visit, but Oxford was a great time.
Nice day trip out of the city!
Veronica_C, Mar 2024
Lovely day trip to take on our last day in London. Tour guide was very informative and a pleasure to have her drive us around all day. If you’d like to see more of England but are short on time, this tour is perfect. You stop at 3 different locations for enough time to walk around and check a few things out. The walking map they provided of Oxford was also really helpful.
Fun Family Trip
Vasiliki_M, Mar 2024
Simon was great and very informative about the area. We enjoyed both Oxford and the small villages in the Cotswolds. It was a trip full of memories for our family. We also loved being in a small group. Thank you Simon for a great experience.
Favorite Aunt

Loved our guide. June was like your favorite aunt who has so much knowledge and fun facts and clearly loves UK. You can keep your packages in the car while you shop.😉
Great experience
Gregorio_C, Mar 2024
Great tour and guide Carl. Maybe if we started earlier we could’ve spent more time at Oxford. Thank you.
Great Trip

Great trip. The bus was easy to find with the directions given. The guide was knowledgeable. The map provided of Oxford was helpful. I only wish we had more time in Oxford, but now I know I need to go back. The Cotswold cities were cute and the information provided allowed my time in the cities to be productive.
Great trip out of city

Graham and Barry were great! We enjoyed the commentary and the tour. It was nice getting our own time in each area to choose what we wanted to do. The map of Oxford was helpful and the food recommendations in the Cotswolds were delicious. We had a great group and it was a joyful trip.
