Perfect for a first timer orientation of the major sights of the city or an experienced traveler seeking insight into secret treasures. Our driver Walter was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly and went out of his way to ensure that all the places we wanted to see were included.

Fantastic tour of the London sights for my Mother's 80th birthday. Walter was an amazing cabbie & very knowledgeable about Londons history. Cab was extremely comfortable. Made an old lady very happy, would definitely recommend

Were picked up at the hotel by Walter. I had read that we could customize our trip. Asked about going to certain places and were told that we had passed that already. Did not see anything spectacular and we were dropped off 10 minutes before the 2 hours.

Thank you for your feedback, We're a bit surprised by your review as Walter is one of our best tour guides with many great reviews.
The drivers always chat to customers before the tour starts to see if there's anything special they would like to see and then plan the route accordingly. But if a customer then changes their mind during the tour, we of course try to be as accommodating as possible, but sometimes in London's traffic and only having 2 hours, it is sometimes not that easy or practical to double back too much.
Occasionally when a driver has been asked to drop someone off somewhere specific and the traffic is unexpectedly light, he might find that he gets there a few minutes early. We always ask if the customer is happy with this and mostly people are.
Can't quite understand your comments about not seeing anything spectacular during your tour. London is full of spectacular sights!

Nice guide, very knowledgeable. Intercom didn’t work and there’s a plexiglass shield separating driver from passengers… so at best could hear about 50% of what he said. It was a rainy day and constant fogging of the windows in the back meant we had to keep the windows somewhat down… so a bit wet in the back and city noise meant we lost another 50% of what he said.
I’d pass on that tour and either buy a book or watch a YouTube video. Definitely not worth it.

I'm so sorry that there was a problem with your cab's intercom and because of the heavy rain the windows fogged up.
We are going to immediately remove that taxi from our fleet so that this problem doesn't happen to anyone else.

Gary was outstanding. He was an expert in navigating us to all the big sights. It was our first visit to London and he gave us an amazing overview in a very short period of time, even stopping so we could grab photos. Gary spoke the entire time providing history, detail and connections of every major sight. If you have never been to London this is a fantastic way to start the trip. I’d also recommend this if you are only in town for a short time and want to get as much sight-seeing in as possible. Thank you Gary!
