Oh dear what a shame when people feel the need to not tell the whole story!! You really need to take a long look at yourself when leaving feedback. Firstly you did all of Windsor Castle and the City of Bath fully and had extra time in Bath to make up for Stonehenge so no time was taken away from you and you saw extra sites in Bath we don’t normally get to show people. Your even say the guide was good and had a luxury V class tour van with bottled water, WiFi and phone chargers but you omit these points!!
As for Stonehenge we do not own it!!!! And you are lying when you state you were not told, both our guide and Stonehenge owned by English Heritage told you verbally and via email they had closed the stones due to the high winds at the site at nearly 80mph!! You are also lying when you state Stonehenge has not refunded you the tickets. They emailed and told you they would automatically refund ALL tickets for that day within 10 days!!! The same as they have done for the thousands of tickets they sold for that day. We, or English Heritage, do not steal peoples money!!!
Again we don’t own the sites. We have NO control over them and if they feel it is necessary to close due to safety concerns then again we must follow it.
Also you have lied the third time stating you took a second tour with us . This is absolutely not true . You only booked this tour. Please show me the proof of the second tour you booked with us? I know you will not have it.
My guide Peter did a wonderful job for you and is very upset you chose to leave such a terrible and untrue feedback.
