Javier was so knowledgable and fun! He wanted to make our experience unique to whatever we wanted to see and do. He was happy to take us to great snorkeling spots and tell us all about the natural habitat and history of Isla Coronado and Loreto. We were provided with wetsuits to stay warm and a good meal while we enjoyed the beautiful beach view.

Javier was a great captain. He tried very hard, though unsuccessfully, to find whales. He was personable, friendly, and made the trip interesting. Lunch at the lagoon was good. Snorkeling was fun. He guided us safely through rough waters. A good day but disappointing to not see marine life!

Mary im sorry you we´re not able to see wildlife as wanted, somedays nature give us a hard time finding them, one day before your tour a big pod of orcas came to the park and start hunting for whales and other species so whales and dolphins run for its good.
i really appreciate your kindness and comprenhation, we try hard to give an amazing experience to our frends and customers everyday and hopefully you give us another opportunity to keep exploring our land of wonders.

There are dozens of boat providers that will take you to Coronado Island and give you the exact same experience. Nothing outstanding about this company, aside from outstandingly bad management. I'd recommend avoiding this one and finding someone honest.
You'll see the minimum number of spots you can book is 2. As a solo, I booked two spots to guarantee the trip would run. I made it absolutely clear I was by myself & Pancho acknowledged this immediately after the online booking was made.
I would have been absolutely fine paying for two if necessary, but another solo was added at the last minute. A reasonable business owner would return the second fare if the minimum number of guests show up. Seems pretty obvious... this is how it's done all over the world. Instead Pancho deceived me into thinking Viator would be able to issue the refund, but then stepped in to block them from doing so. After this he was happy to answer my phone call to discuss, then launched right into making one bizarre excuse after another, argue, interrupt me, and compare his business to American Airlines... actually a very fitting & hilarious comparison if you've ever had to deal with their customer service. Bottom line - poor customer service, zero business sense, and a sad hint of deceitfulness throughout the whole experience. I guess in the end I got more adventure out of this than I expected!

We saw a lot of dolphins. So lucky, 100+. Even saw a humpback or two and flying ray. Blue footed booby was interesting. Snorkeling was just ok. Beautiful beach to eat our 3 yummy large rolled tacos. Very informative too
