Overview

  • 1. Customer under 18 years old MUST be accompanied by at least one adult. In consideration of the guest safety, pregnant women are only allowed to join the tour if pregnant for 24 weeks or less by the end of the trip.
  • 2. Please be sure to provide accurate and complete information upon booking. This includes name, gender, valid contact information (preferably a mobile phone), accurate flight information, tour location, etc., This helps to avoid any errors upon the reservation because errors affect travel. Any losses due to inaccurate or invalid information will be at your own cost and the company will not be held responsible.
  • 3. Various hotels may have different deposit policy passengers need to comply with. No specific bed type or the position of the tour can be guaranteed at each hotel. Usually 2-4 people can stay in each room maximally. Hotel check-in time starts at 15:00.
  • 4. Any guests that have already purchased their own tickets or have a city PASS will not be able to use it on the tour. Please understand that you must purchase the admission tickets through our company in order to participate. For the optional admission tickets, you will reserve it from the tour guide directly. The tour guide will make this arrangement for you. As a tour group, it is highly suggested to make a reservation together rather than individually in order to get into an attraction. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Thank you again for choosing to tour with us! 
  • 5. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday have the right to make appropriate adjustments to the itinerary under the conditions of facilitating the operation for the tour group. This, however, will not reduce the items that should be included in the itinerary.
  • 6. During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to appropriately adjust the tour sequence, stay time or assembly time of scenic spots according to the weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.
  • 7. If the scenic spots are temporarily closed or closed on a particular holiday, etc., the tour guide will adjust the appearance according to the actual situation or replace the location with another scenic spot to ensure the richness of the itinerary. The opening hours and capacity limits of certain attractions and national parks will be subject to change from time to time due to the COVID-19 pandemic. When the operating hours and capacity restrictions have an impact on the itinerary, it shall be regarded as force majeure. Thank you for your understanding.
  • 8. Children under the age of 8 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday provide the rental service for $10.00/person/day. Please make a request when booking the itinerary so that we may have the booster seat ready in advance. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel, and the fee can be refunded to the guest.
  • 9. Normal health conditions are required to participate and enjoy our full itineraries. Contact us for specific policies or information regarding passengers with disabilities who do need to provide advance notification to make a reservation. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday do not guarantee a wheelchair lift-equipped bus and/or seating availability to disabled passengers without prior notification and approval.
  • 10. We may alter these terms and conditions from time to time and post the new version on the website. It is your responsibility to check it on the website regularly and prior to making a reservation. Unless specifically stated otherwise herein or required by law, the supplier shall not be liable for any consequential, compensatory, indirect, incidental or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the performance of its obligations under these terms and conditions.
  • 11. This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group, please inform in advance, and obtain the consent of the tour guide. You need to sign the departure agreement form and the unfinished part will be regarded as your own abandonment. The group fee will not be refunded.
  • 12. Gift items in the itinerary that cannot be given away due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather conditions or personal reasons may be subject to change. Please understand that the fees will not be refunded.
  • 13. Smoking is prohibited aboard the bus in accordance with Federal law and prohibited in most hotel rooms. Customers are responsible for any penalty charged by the hotel in a non-smoking room at least $250 per night.
  • 14. Only for products with airport pick-up service: only one pick-up service within the free pick-up time range is provided for each order. If it is impossible to arrange due to weather and flight delay, etc., please pay for your own transportation costs.
  • Min. 6 people in total to operate the tour to go.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 6 days in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 6 full days before the experience’s start time.
  • Any changes made less than 6 full days before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • For a 50% refund, you must cancel 2–6 full days before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 2 full days before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Not for English speakers but saved by great locations

This tour was intended for Mandarin speaking people primarily, although this is not advertised. We were one of only a few English speaking people on the trip and by the end of the trip the guide had stopped translating anything into English. None of the activities are included, which is revealed once you are on your way to Vegas on the coach. It was explained to us that the payment we had already made was for "The coach travel and hotel" and everything and anything else would incur an extra charge, if you didn't want to book those extra activities through your tour guide then that caused an issue and we were told "we're a tour bus not a shuttle bus.". Although our tour guide was relatively friendly and we very much enjoyed Antelope Canyon and used the time in Las Vegas to do what we wanted the entire experience was quite rushed, you weren't given long enough to enjoy the views at the Grand Canyon etc, the stops were tailored towards people of different cultures including a stop in Chinatown and a Chinese buffet restaurant. The tour guide was reluctant to give accurate information regarding where we were going and when, I assume to minimise people going to other places than the ones they recommend. The tour guide was not particularly knowledgable about any of the destinations and particularly struggled explaining things in English, they didn't partake in any of the activities so only provided commentary on the coach. Overall our experience was not terrible, it was enhanced by the fact that everywhere we stopped there were Americans who spoke English and we used the time in Las Vegas as our own and explored the area, however I would not book this again or recommend it to anyone I know, the coach itself was quite uncomfortable and basic and had no toilet. It also worth noting that there is a mandatory daily 'service' fee per person.

Our trip is always welcomed for everyone around the world. You just “unluckily” get in a bus with few English speakers. But our tour guides are qualified English speakers. As the issues you mentioned, we have already informed her, and she is going to improve. Thanks for your advice! She made a joke “we are a tour bus not a shuttle bus”, culture barrier created misunderstanding. Sorry about that. You have rights to refuse join any extra activities. Finally, we would like to emphasize the tips are not mandatory at all. The improvement is going to start!
The tour was overwhelming...

The tour was overwhelming catered to the Chinese population. My mother and I were the only non-Chinese tourists on the trip. The guide was not proficiently bilingual and his English was poor. As a result for non Chinese clientele the trip was very underwhelming. Also of the 4 days, we spent two days in Las Vegas whereas we would have preferred to spend more time in Grand Canyon. The choice of hotels especially in Las Vegas was very bad.

This tour consist of Chinesse ,Southeast Asian and indian friends, there would be a possibility that majority of tour are Chinese since Jupiter Legend Corporation Inc. is an international tour operator. The tour guide should give the same portion of explaination. Still, we are aware that many are not native speakers, and it may bring up potential communication hassles. WORST TOUR EVER, especially for English speaking people

The driver was the only good part of this tour. He speaks good English ;, very friendly ,polite ,patient , helpful and safe driver. The tour was run by Yuputer Legend Corp which make this tour the WORST ORAGANISED tour. 1) there was NO clear timing itenary at all. Apart from our family of 6 members, all other tourists were Chinese who don't speak English, hence the Chinese tour guide on the first day gave commentary 70% in Chinese & 30% in broken English. 2) there was huge unexpected additional charges that we had to pay in cash : Mandatory admission fee $ 70 / person , Mandatory service fee $ 48 / person for 4 days, Vegas night tour $ 45/person, Lower Antelope admission $ 95/person . 3) Bad arrangement of rooms, our family with 3 small kids was given 2 rooms on separate floor at Vegas Excalibur hotel , to which I complained & waited long to have rooms changed to same floor. On returning from Page to Vegas , we were 2 rooms on same floor but very far apart. 4) The epic worst part was on 4th day , the trip returning from Vegas to LA took total 9 hours. Simply due to the STUPIDITY of the tour guide. After stopping at 7 Magic Mountains Artwork , we waited on the bus for > 30 minutes because there were 2 tourists who had flight to catch from Vegas Airport and no Uber wanted to pick them up from 7 mountain to Airport, so the stupid tour guide without asking our whole bus load of tourists, we went all the way back to Vegss airport just to drop these 2 inconsiderate selfish tourists. Consequently we had only very short rushing lunch stop and the bus driving at higher speed which made the bus ride rough and could be dangerous. After this trip, I will NEVER book again with Viator which hand over tours to UNPROFESSIONAL LOW QUALITY travel organisers. Nor will I recommend Viator to anybody else.

Any charges are not mandatory, Vegas night tour and Lower Antelope both are optional. Gratuities was recommended not mandatory. 3. Regarding the room arrangement, we requested the hotel to arrange you two rooms adjacent, it also subject to room availability. The guide also tried her best to adjust the room for you. For the itinerary problem on the last day, it was our mistake. We already checked what’s the problem caused and it will never occurred again. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. We have a great experience with the tour specially the Antelope Canyon. Our tour guide Beau took good care of us. I didn't notice I dropped my sunglasses inside the shuttle and Beau gave it back to me the next morning. If not for the AC not working very well, it could have been 5/5 experience.
Nightmare trip

The destinations of Las Vegas and Grand Canyon were superb. But the transportation was very uncomfortable and not fit for sightseeing. There were too many hidden costs. Felt cheated. There was no proper lunch time and breaks too short. The microphone was just too loud. We should have been told that Chinese was main spoken group. The experience was like I was in China. It was not an American experience. You have focused too much on capitalising on your profits rather than customer satisfaction. You put senior members at health risk due to the pace and hectic trip. The Guide, Summer, was outstanding. The company does not deserve her. The driver was excellent. Drove within the speed limit and safely.

Firstly, there was no any hidden costs on the tour, we listed clearly what is included in your tour fee on the web, all the optional attractions need to be paid could be choose by yourself and guide will double confirm with you on the tour. The lunch time usually 1 hour, except the second day, because we need experience helicopter at the second day, so we need bring food and water in advance. During the trip, usually every two hours we will stop and give 20-30 mins break to rest. Regarding the microphone, the guide turned it down after receiving customers feedback, we do apologize for any inconvenience. Our tours welcome all people around the world and we will try our best to meet the customer's satisfaction. Tour guide will also provide service with English and Chinese. Un tour en “inglés” sin guía real, solo agrupadora de personas. Los datos que compartía solo eran en referencia a horas de llegada y salida. Es la primera vez en toda mi vida que tomo un tour y no recibo ninguna información acerca del lugar, del paisaje ni de las atracciones turísticas o historia. Una guía -Amy- (guía china) muy por debajo del promedio y, según la filosofía china, “solo se pueden hacer dos cosas: enojarse o sentirse feliz”. Elijo ser feliz describiendo mi mala experiencia. Además, la guía quiso cobrarnos mucho más en “mandatory fees” que ya habíamos prepagado. Hemos tomado tours durante toda la vida y siempre hay información, historia, datos de interés (ya habíamos tomado un tour idéntico con otra empresa), esta experiencia no ha sido muy positiva; comparada con la empresa con la que tomamos el tour el año anterior. Por último, no se entiende como un tour por AMÉRICA, solo continuamente nos llevaba a restaurantes chinos ???
