Got stuck in a terrible traffic jam and did not make it off the I 5

The commentary worked perfectly and were enjoyable even though we got stuck in a horrible traffic jam between Pendleton and San clemente. So after 2.5 hour mostly stopped on the freeway we bailed on the trip and returned to San diego.

This was a rip off! The app they had me download did not have the tour for which we paid. We were on the route and wanted to pick up the guided tour - per advertised - and paid for and unable to download. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

The actual drive down the Pacific Coast Hwy was a beautiful drive. However there was no guidance from the purchased download of which was difficult to download in itself. We spent 45 mins trying to get it to work. The fun facts about different areas were nice but very few recommended stops on the tour. We could never get the tour to catch up with the area we were actually driving through.

Thanks for the review. We aren't sure what the issue getting it to work was, it's quite easy and our customer service team is available to help if there is an issue. As for the tour not "catching up", it's based on the speed the vehicle is traveling, so if you manually play the audio after you've passed the point of interest, it will run too long. All you need to do is pull over for a minute or two while listening and the problem will be solved. We will certainly look at more places to recommend stopping.
