As we informed you that the Guide we booked for your tour was Covid positive and we got this information from guide on the date of the tour. We tried to connect with you to inform you about the situation and on the other hand, tried to find another guide but nobody was available.
As another guide was not available so we asked you if you could change the date change or time so that we could check other guides' availability again or the option of a 100% full refund for the tour.
Kindly understand that situation was not in our hands and We could not force the guide to take your tour on the decided schedule because she was Covid Positive and we tried our best to find another guide but at the last moment nobody was available.
We apologize to you again for the inconvenience caused. We assure you that we will do our level best to provide you with our services for your future upcoming tours.
