Be sure to enter the correct information of the flight on which you arrive (airline and flight number) so we are able to track it. Great Service

Jose' provided prompt and professional service from the cruise port to SJU. We had a lot of luggage and his vehicle was the perfect size for our group. He even offered cold water for our trip to the airport.

Cruising from San Juan

We used this service to get to the cruise terminal in San Juan and it was seamless. Received a text with information on the driver and the time of pickup. ComicCon was in town and so traffic was a nightmare and they kept us updated. Our driver Abiel was friendly and helpful and we arrived in time for our checkin for the cruise. A great option for cruise departures from San Juan.

Even with travel drama the quality and service was still excellent

Can’t say enough how amazing Quality Transport is. Choose them if you need any ground transfers in Puerto Rico. We had canceled flights for part of our group and needed to make changes to our reservation including the name of the person to pick up because they would still arrive on time. Jose was extremely responsive and helpful and made sure everyone was well taken care of. The driver was waiting in baggage claim with our name on an iPad and helped us with luggage. The vehicles were just as pictured and we had the perfect experience. Sometimes choosing a provider online can be hit or miss but Quality Transport goes above and beyond to provide excellent service.

VIATOR......YOU ARE THE REAL DEAL!!!

While arriving 3 days prior to our cruise out of Puerto Rico, I needed transportation from the airport to our hotel, the hotel to the cruise port and pick up from the cruise port back to the airport. A rep from Viator e-mailed me the day before all of our scheduled pick up dates to confirm when our driver would arrive and a link to contact our driver should the need arise. We did need to contact our driver prior to one of the pick ups and just to have that option was wonderful. The stress melted away because I knew we were gonna be well taken care of from start to finish. Because everything went so smoothly, I was made out to be a bit of a hero getting everyone where they needed to be but I knew it was ALL Viator. Regardless of where we travel in the future, Viator will "Always" be our Go-To travel people.

Easy On time Transfer in Nice SUV

Glorified Taxi - Not Worth the Wait or Worrying

I loved the driver and the car that took me to the airport from the cruise port-when I finally got into it. However, I was clustered with a bunch of other people and their luggage, waiting for rides or taxis. I was trying to avoid that kind of mayhem. I wish there was a waiting area or a spot where I could’ve waited for my ride that wasn’t clustered with everybody else coming off of the ship. There was no sign to indicate that ride was for me, like, for example with my name on it, so I wasn’t sure who is my driver. I felt like I was constantly looking around making sure I wasn’t missing my ride. It was a crazy mayhem area. I feel like I could’ve taking a taxi for less money, and less worry. Which is what I was trying to avoid by getting a private ride.

Family Adventures in Puerto Rico

Jose was our driver for both the transfer to our hotel and return to the airport. He was awesome! He texted and kept in touch prior to our landing . He was prompt, waiting at baggage claim. We were traveling as a family of six with two people needing wheelchair assistance and one toddler needing a car seat plus all our luggage. The ride was comfortable and had room for all. Will definitely book this service on our next trip to Puerto Rico.
