What To Expect
Your personal Egyptologist greets you at your hotel, cruise ship, or even the airport and whisks you across the river to the West Bank. Tour Luxor’s signature sight, the Valley of the Kings, where pharaohs including Tutankhamun were laid to rest in richly decorated tombs.
Your next stop is the Temple of Hatshepsut, a vast monument to Egypt’s original female pharaoh. Then, admire the Colossi of Memnon, two gigantic statues that once guarded a temple.
Depending on the option you’ve selected, enjoy an included restaurant lunch (with drinks at your own expense) or stop to eat and pay as you go.
Return across the Nile to the East Bank to see ancient remains in the heart of Luxor city: Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple, ancient Egypt’s two most important places of worship.
Finally, your chauffeur will bring you back to your hotel, ship, or even the airport.

Good tour with knowledgeable guide but would have wished for some more details, story, context and enthusiasm from time to time. Great driver though.
Underwhelming lunch. Surprisingly good food though but the atmosphere was below canteen.

This was a perfect way to spend the day after doing the hot air balloons in the early morning. We went to quite a few sites and learned a lot of new information. The car was nice and clean. Both our guide and driver were excellent! Great choice for wanting to explore Luxor.

Moustafa gives a very nice tour. We learned so much and saw many beautiful places and things. The car was very comfortable. The lunch was really good as well.

This was a truly awesome trip. Our driver has the knack of always being at the right place at the right time while our guide, Mustafa, was exceptional. He was not only highly knowledgable but he also anticipated our preferences. We learned so much from him and cannot praise his enthusiasm, energy and interest enough. A truly special day.

Very average experience. The guide did not speak much. There were other guides who came into the tombs to explain but our guide said that she cannot come as she is not allowed. Was on her phone the whole day.

Perfect Day in Luxor. Our day started at our hotel, where our guide Sam (Samir) & our driver picked us up. We started at the Valley of the Kings & worked our way thru Luxor. Sam was such a great guide we requested him for the next 2 days. He is an expert Egyptologist, speaks English perfectly, and took great care with our needs. Highly recommend! The Valley of the Kings (the tombs) were amazing!! I want to see all of them! We did see the 3 included on the ticket plus one additional that was a small extra charge. Well worth it. The entire day was a fantastic journey into the past thanks to Sam.

Our tour guide, Mostafa and driver, Said, made our experience in Luxor memorable. Despite our tight schedule, Mostafa was able to show us many places and have time to shop for some souvenirs. We enjoyed how he integrated the tour with pictures from his phone, explained stories behind each sites, alongside meanings of strictures, pictures, and transcribing hieroglyphs to help understand the significance of things. You can truly feel how passionate he is.
We’re so thankful as he helped us take memorable pictures with unique poses. He made my mom and I feel like family. We had a lot of laughs too.
Can’t forget the food! It was delicious, tasting various flavors and recharging us for the rest of the day.

The tour was very well organised and the attractions visited were incredible. My tour guide Sawsan had very extensive knowledge on the history of each site and everything was explained in great detail. The lunch was very good too, and well worth having included. We visited sekhmet factory and I bought some amazing hand made stone glasses for a great price. Definitely recommend visiting there. Great tour overall and highly recommend!
