You had booked 2 tours:
- Island Tour 11.07.22 / 12am (booked on the 04.07.22 without any pickup information)
- Rockpool Tour 12.07.22 / 2pm (booked on the 04.07.22 without any pickup information)
We confirmed both tours at 05.07.22 through Viator, you did not respond.
On 10.07.22 we still had no answer where we can pick you up for the next day. We wrote to you by SMS.
Then in the night (1:39am / 11.07.22) you told via SMS and via Viator it is B Holidays apartment.
Kevin was nevertheless punctually at 12am on the agreed date on 11.07.22 with you and the B Holidays Apartment.
The island tour took place, there were no problems, even if you tried 8 times on the wrong number to reach us before tour start.
We had already confirmed the tour via Viator in writing with the time, a renewed query therefore made no sense. Again, we were punctual at 12am on 11.07.22 there, the island tour took place, there were no problems or complaints about this tour.
On 12.07.22 the Rockpool tour should start at 2pm, so you booked it, so we confirmed it. We were there on time, Kevin was.
You tried to reach us again before from 1pm on the wrong number as well as Sheena's number. You tried to tell us that you could not make the tour today.
Kevin showed up at 2pm at the B Holidays apartment, you told him you wanted to postpone the tour.
You try to reach Sheena again to tell her as well.
We were unfortunately fully booked and couldn't offer an alternative. We are also no longer obligated, because we have followed all the booking details, we were there on time, ready to start the tour but you did not cancel the tour in time (24 hours before the tour starts).
Fact is: 1 hour before (1pm) the start of the tour you tried to reach us, which is clearly too late. It is and can therefore not be 3 days that you have tried to reach us or viator for a cancellation of the Rockpool tour for, 12.07.22. It's not the truth! And this are what i said to you on our WhatsApp chat. Its not an insult!
You are getting things completely mixed up, because you made one day before (11.07.22) the Island Tour with us, you was in contact with us, you could cancel the tour for the next day (12.07.22), could say anything, so how come it was 2-3 days you couldn't contact us?
