Had a lovely experience at Hard Rock Cafe in Manchester. We were running 5minutes late but staff were super nice and said wasn’t a problem. We were seating and our server Bex was very friendly and accommodating when I requested a cocktail that wasn’t on the menu. We had a set menu with a great selection. Service was fast and polite. Great value for money. Would definitely return.

Really great service. We arrived 30 mins early and were seated straight away. Our server Carl was lovely and very attentive. Food was nice and we got unlimited refills on diet Coke as part of the Gold Menu. We went at 4.30pm on a Thursday so got 2 for 1 cocktails as part of happy hour aswell. I asked for the complimentary hurricane glass as I'd had a cocktail was told no because we'd had the 2 for 1 cocktails. I pointed out that the happy hour menu actually mentioned the free glass. Our server checked and said that because the menu was misleading they would give me the glass anyway which was really nice.

Food was excellent and really good value for money. Staff very pleasant. Would have given 5 stars but waitress informed us there was no heating in the restaurant and temperature minus 1 outside so had to sit with coats on!

A must do visit in each city that has one!

Great Customer service and nice food. Hard Rock Cafe is slightly over hyped however, the food is alright. I would personally recommend the strawberry and cream cheesecake .

Fantastic offer. We had a lovely meal. Three courses at such good price. Customer service was top Form too. I saw some negative comments regarding these vouchers for the hard rock cafe and honestly i don't know why…. What do the negative nellies want for such good value. The quality of the meal was so good. I will most definitely be purchasing these again.

While on the surface it seems the voucher provides a reasonable saving on the regular menu prices, it should be pointed out what is served on this menu isn't quite the same. While the burgers (main course) were the same as the main menu, the brownie desserts are most definitely not. The brownie on this dessert is a small brownie on a plate with a squirt of whipped cream. The regular menu brownie is much larger served in a sundae bowl with cream, ice cream, hot fudge sauce and cherries. We questioned it with our waitress who confirmed it was indeed different offering under this menu. Not terrrible, but don't kid yourself into thinking you're getting a deal.

Not a great selection of starters, main meal or even desserts, the food wasn’t great but not bad. Could be better considering the amount paid. There wasn’t any live music so have no idea why we paid nearly £100 for a meal of 4. But the customer service was fantastic.

Hard Rock Cafe was fine, as per usual. However, this voucher was NOT worth the money. We paid £18:60 pp for a voucher for a 2 course meal and when booking, there was no menu provided. When we got to the venue we were handed the "gold" menu, which had NO starters, approximately 5 main courses (not including our usual - twisted mac n cheese with pulled pork) and ONE dessert - a brownie. We would never have bought the vouchers had we known this. We always buy starters and neither of us like that dessert. However, the manager spoke to us and allowed us to pick starters and also our preferred main dish, without extra charge. So well done Hard Rock Cafe! She did say she had received many complaints in respect of these vouchers. It should be made clear that there are NO starters and ONE dessert. I doubt anyone would buy them then.

We booked this for my daughter's 12th birthday; unfortunately it was on Saturday and we made the mistake of going around 8p.m. No problems at all with the restaurant. It was just very noisy with a lot of hen and stag parties. I also had my 9-year-old daughter with us, so it wasn't really suitable. We should have gone earlier in the day when it would have been quieter. We did go back the following Monday for lunch, and everyone enjoyed it.
