Mario was very knowledgeable and we learned so much about Matera’s history. This was a private tour for 4 of us. The visit would not have been complete with this tour!

Our tour was excellent. Our guide Mario was on time, well versed in the regions history and a pleasure to do this tour with. We went at a leisurely pace and hit all the high points. Now we are prepared to explore again knowing places to go. Would highly recommend.

Mario was on time, very knowledgeable and helpful. Going on a walking tour at 5pm was a lot better than in the heat of the day. Mario took it gently and the cave church at the end was amazing! Matera is a fascinating place!
