A great tour. Very friendly and knowledgeable driver/host. Good itenery, food and wine tasting. Picked up and dropped off at the exact time. Highly recommend this tour.

The full size coach for 20 ensured a comfortable ride. The Cube was an amazing experience but the other vineyards were enjoyable especially Wirrta Wirra. A really good day out and I recommend it totally.

Athol our driver was lovely, very knowledgeable and friendly!! the bus clean and always ready and waiting for us, Athol was only to happy to help ! the visitor center with coffee and muffin (delicious) was perhaps a tad too long and if we had cut off time here and the D'arenburg cube i think other winemakers we visited would have not felt so rushed. the cube whilst a great novelty was "all fur coat and no knickers" didn't understand the random video they showed and the wine tasting was very clinical and not at all friendly, there was no deviation to the tasting at all (if they had offered a sparkling i would have considered buying) but the girl who did it was brusque and rude. (a view evidenced by not one of the entire group bought here) Chalks Hill by contrast was warm friendly and the ambience was next level, they asked us what our preferences were and bought out other wines we may like to taste out, the pizzas were delicious as too were the wines (i joined their wine club 🤷🏼‍♀️) Onto Beresford -again great host and wines/gin.... would have loved a bit more time here for tasting) and finally Wira Wira - great tour and lovely friendly hosts, really would have loved spending more time here!!! Whilst i know the cube is a novelty the other wineries were much more friendly and frankly i thought much better wines, definitely would recommend a McClaren Vale wine tour, and will be visiting all (bar D'arenburg) again

Whilst the excursions were great, one item had been changed without any notification to us that the Lunch at the d'Arenberg Cube had been deleted from the itinerary and would be available at another winery. The replacement lunch was fine, but we had been looking forward to the original itinerary of lunch at the Cube. Had we been advised of the change we may have chosen to seek another tour.

This was a very expensive trip for what it was. Unless you really enjoy drinking lots of wine and don't mind limited options for lunch then I suggest you find a different tour. Really enjoyed seeing the cube but we wish we had just got a rental car and done our own trip. The driver, Athol, spent most of the driving part talking to the two front seat passengers...he could have engaged with the other passengers! The Wirrawirra winery was a great experience - great guide there.

D’Arenberg Cube very interesting & entertaining due to architecture, interior design, & associated artworks. Visited 3 wineries including the Cube, & all very different, educational & delightful. Small group of pleasant people & nice knowledgeable driver - Athol. Morning tea at cafe was basic muffin & a paper cup of coffee, & meal at the Cube was underheated, therefore not 5 stars. Good tour if you strike a dodgy weather day - inside a lot. A very enjoyable day tour.

The driver, Mike was great, his knowledge and passion for Adelaide shone through. Not a fault of the tour operator, the weather spoilt the afternoon. A lot of the shops were closed, Monday and Tuesday's. But, thanks Mike for your commentary.

Our driver/guide, Toby, was extremely patient and kind. He went out of his way at the Information bureau to find me the best maps and booklets. Utterly superb 5 * lunch at The Cube. The Cube art gallery and restaurant/bar must be South Australia’s best keep secret, and must be flaunted. It was superb. The vineyards were also very generous with tasting. The van was very comfortable. Excellent trip. The best.

The Cube, a mini Hobart MONA, was excellent to look through and peruse the unusual art, wine tasting and food were also good as well. For the whole day we could have done one less wine tasting, but overall a very enjoyable and worthwhile day.

Pleasant day. Good morning tea at the visitor centre. Amir at the cube was a sensational guide for our tour and wine tasting. The 2 wineries after the cube were very nice. Overall a good experience however would probably prefer to do the cube not on a tour

Tinha tudo para ser um grande passeio, mas a degustação de vinhos é o que menos importa. Na primeira vinicola, tínhamos um pouco mais de 1h para a visita e passamos cerca de 30min olhando supostas obras de arte. A degustação foi realizada com pressa e a pessoa que nos recebeu mal tinha tempo pra conversar e tirar dúvidas. Ah, os vinhos eram horríveis! O almoço era pizza, e não era individual, tínhamos que compartilhar as fatias com o grupo. Veio menos de 1 pizza por pessoa e não satisfez a minha fome e nem a de outras pessoas do grupo. A visita as demais vinícolas foram interessantes, mas SEMPRE realizadas com pressa. O nosso motorista estava sempre preocupado com o horário e não com nossa satisfação. Parece que as pessoas que cuidam desse passeio não entendem e não gostam de vinho. Frustrante demais.
