I had an excellent time! I flew with Andres Lopez and he did an excellent job at explaining things and making sure I was alright while in the air. Highly recommend you paying to use their GoPro for pics and vids. Only thing I did not like is that Andres only got pics of me and not vids. Lastly, I took one star off for the entire activity because the company offered transportation to and from the hotel but did not say you have to pay for it nor do they tell you to bring cash for it. Juan Pablo was our driver and upon drop off he tells me I owe 140,000 CP for the transportation when he did not mention it prior to pickup.

If you’re on the fence on booking, DO IT! Totally worth it! I did the 15 min one with pictures and it was great! My pilot (I believe his name was Andres, I’m horrible with names) was very polite and super experienced. He’s been doing it about 25 years! I had paraglided once before as a kid and had a crappy landing. This one was so smooth! The views are beautiful! Make sure you don’t eat before and take nausea medicine if you get sick easily. I took Dramamine felt nauseous at the very end but that’s because we were navigating our landing. FYI make sure you have transportation to and from the place, or learn how to navigate the bus/metro. Ubering from the city to the place no problem but coming back was tough. Also reception can be spotty as you’re high up on the mountain. Also you have to climb a good amount of steps, it may look sketchy as it’s going into the forest but it’s not. The instructors are all the way at the top. Mid way up there’s a bakery/bar. There’s also another bakery up top and accepts card.

Circle the Clouds

Very cool experience! You fly high and circle the hills like buzzards! My flight operator had tunes playing while we flew around in the thermals and through the clouds. Warning: if you are prone to motion sickness and getting car sick, this could trigger some illness. Overall another very cool activity to include on your trip to Medellin

Great flight, difficult to get there

The actual flight itself was wonderful but may be worth booking through another operator that provides transport. Was hard to get transport there and back. If you have a car this tour would be ideal. Also expect to climb quite a lot of stairs when you arrive.

Excellent experience. Company was flexible when we wanted to change the date and time and even weather accommodations. They were able to provide round trip transportation for a reasonable price as it would’ve been hard without. Silvana was our driver and she was on time and friendly, instructed how to find the right spot and got us there quickly and waited for us to finish before returning us where we asked. Once we got there it wasn’t marked with the company name well but we asked the first location and it was there. Communication beforehand was clear and timely with WhatsApp. Once we got there they quickly got us ready and flying. Felt very safe and the instructions were simple to fly. Andres and Jose were friendly and took lots of photos and videos and made sure we were okay during the whole experience. Beautiful views and would recommend again.

Amazing Experience

I had Juan as my pilot and he did such an amazing job with everything from taking off to showing me what we were flying over and the landing as well. He played music and made the experience feel like I was flying it was so smooth and so peaceful flying over the mountains and overlooking the city. Don’t eat beforehand if you’re prone to getting nauseous or lightheaded. You get to even rent a GoPro to document everything while you’re flying don’t keep anything in your pockets. I recommend this 10/10 you won’t regret it

This is a thing you must experience! Soft lift up and landing, and a lot of time to contemplate the incredible views and learn a bit how to spot the thermal columns using the birds. Having the recording for additional $13 to the 20 minutes gliding is really worth it. Use sun screen and bring a light jacket to be comfortable. My tandem flight partner was very nice, informative and made good videos and pictures it brings me a smile every time I see them.

This paragliding experience was amazing. Alejandro my flight operator was extremely skilled and experienced. I was able to soak in the amazing views of medellin from the air. I booked the 20mins flight option and it was more than enough and we stayed in the air for a good amount of time. He had music going too which was great as you could enjoy the flight and the music. He did some stunts too which Elevated my experience. I would definitely do it again if I ever visit medellin again. Tips: wear comfortable clothes and shoes as you would be running off the cliff to start the jump. It wasn't too cold up there so a nice tank top or T-shirt is sufficient.
