My wife and I had an amazing time. The camel ride to the camp and back was thoroughly enjoyable. The staff and our guide were great, and made us feel right at home. The camp itself is phenomenal and dinner was excellent. We felt welcome and comfortable the entire time. The tent and bed was top notch. We can’t say enough about how friendly and professional everyone was and are looking forward to returning with our sons. Thank you Ahmed, Mohamed(s) and the entire team…you do great work.

The entertainment and food did not start until 9:00 p.m. Very little direction once getting to the camp. Berber’s were wanting to get home in the morning

Hello Mr Timothy and all family. First of all it was the night of the new year ,means that the people stays a bit late than usually, 09:00pm for us here in desert it's the right time for dinner its not late at all. If you asked for dinner to be earlier we will do it, maybe in your country you take the dinner earlier, its different culture everywhere you go, About the entertainment we started the fire camp before you arrive to the camp, as it was little cold, we gived you 2 camel guides and one 3th guide at the camp, in the morning as all the camels of ather camps already comeback to the village, then your camels were hurry to be back for their breakfast, also as they see other camels are going, its animals nature, its not our nature, it's not the berbers that are wanting to get home, we don't do that it's our first job. It's our livelihood. Also you have seen other travelers which stayed in the same night with you are already leaving, If you wanted to be back by 4x4 which is available no problem to delay as you want, but the camels its with all respect to their life also, Also The ather guests of that night were satisfied, we really surprised from your review. In the end I see that you didn't mention anything good? The camels, the people, the luxury camp, the hot showers, the food, the celebration, We highly value and respect the holiday of our guests! Anyway we did our best! We apologize even we did our best at high level!

Luxury tents at its finest! My family and I had an experience that won’t be forgotten. From the beginning, we were greeted by Aziz who escorted us by camel ride through the Merzouga Desert to the luxury campsite. The camel ride was roughly 30 mins but the timing couldn’t be any better since we were able to capture the sunset just before reaching our campsite destination. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Hamid who presented us with tea and a tour. Let’s talk about the phenomenal dinner. We heard rumors that they had the best prepared meals and didn’t disappoint. The dinner was followed up with singing and dancing around the fire pit. When it came to the accommodations, these tents didn’t spare any expense. The rooms were spacious with a firm but comfortable king sized in one room with twin beds in the other. We loved the fact that there was a private bathroom inside. So glad we made the right choice by booking with this company. The staff were so attentive, accommodating, and professional making us feel like their number 1 priority.

All as promised. Warm welcome at guest house, ride on camel (or 4-wheel if you prefer) , stay in luxury camp, dinner and breakfast were excellent. Staff at camp really friendly and eager to make the most beautiful experience. Really enjoyable. Do not miss, a must when visiting Morocco.

Tutto molto interessante dalle stelle di notte nel deserto al ritorno al mattino con i dromedari. Attività con i ragazzi berberi alla sera con i canti e i tamburi anche molto apprezzata, cosi la tenda e la cena dentro una splendida e suggestiva location.

Mooi maar erg toeristisch

De woestijn was prachtig, de tenten erg luxe en de mensen erg vriendelijk. Maar het was wel erg toeristisch. Ons kamp was er een van zovelen. En overal was hetzelfde format. Bovendien wilden we niet echt op een kameel maar dat vonden ze vreemd. Uiteindelijk de volgende dag terug met de 4x4. Ik zou zeker de rode duinen van Erch Chebbi gaan bekijken maar het lijkt mij leuker om met bijvoorbeeld een camper aan de rand te gaan staan. Geen idee of dat kan.

First of all the main job for the population here in Merzouga desert is from Tourism, About that it was for us strange that you don’t want to ride the camels, that's not true because the program has 4x4 and the camels and you choose, and everyone can see that, And this was clear, And also we didn't know that, We are surprised from your review it's pity. Anyway its not our mistake, If you told us that you want to go by 4x4 and not by camels, then we do it, because we are doing this every day. Because both are included. By the way our luxury camp is small 7 tents total. Anyway Thank you for your visit. Best regards Ahmed

Une expérience inoubliable ! Mon mari et moi avons passé un excellent moment. Nous avons eu un accueil fantastique. Le camp est magnifique et tout confort (eau chaude, wifi etc.) Le soir, nous avons pu essayer le sandboard, admirer le coucher de soleil et le ciel magnifique du désert. Je recommande cet expérience sans hésiter ! (Et pour les parents qui se poseraient la question, c'est complètement kids friendly)
