Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

A:Yes - there is parking available at the marina. Parking fees apply and may vary. You may also find free parking outside the marina.

A:There are two options. The first can take up to 12 guests, the second can fit up to 10 guests comfortably. Be sure to select the appropriate option when making your reservation.

A:According to the USCG, every person regardless of age counts as a passenger of the boat, therefore any child will be counted towards the maximum capacity.

A:Service animals are permitted. Please be prepared to show identification for your service animal upon arrival. Non-official service animals and pets will not be permitted.

A:Yes - All necessary safety equipment is provided. If you plan to bring more than two children, please notate in the "Special Requirements" box at checkout so additional child-sized jackets can be provided.

A:Unfortunately, Fishing is not allowed at the moment. If we see you with fishing gear we will ask you to leave those at the marina.

Q:Can I go swimming during the Private Yacht Cruise?

A:Depends on the Route you want the captain to take, in the 2-hour tours sometimes we have about 20 minutes to anchor and get on the water. Always let your captain know about your intentions.

Q:What can I bring with me for the Private Yacht Cruise?

A:You can bring your own food, cooler with ice is included for your extra drinks. Please help maintain the boat clean and in good shape. All boats are drug-free zones.

Q:How early should I reserve my spot for the Private Yacht Cruise?

A:Weekends are the busiest days, but it is recommended to book a week prior, however, if there is last-minute availability, feel free to confirm your spot while it's still available!

Q:What happens in cases of bad weather?

A:You may reschedule for any unforeseen circumstances, including thunderstorms, hurricanes, tornado alerts, high tide alerts, etc. If it rains on the day of your rental, please be sure to stay in contact with the local operator, as they can advise whether or not it is safe to go out. Refunds will not be issued for last-minute cancellations due to weather when the conditions are safe.

Good experience. We had fun the only hiccup was on the booking it says that the $40 captain fee was included in the total and when we got to the doc the captain told me it was a separate fee and I had to pay him through cash App. Its misleading if it's not included why would it be in the included list? Otherwise, I would give 5 stars

I am sorry you thought otherwise, unfortunately TripAdvisor/Viator is a 3rd party website and we have no control on how they display the information.
