Pickup details

We normally pick up from hotels along the City of Miami Beach (not Surfside, Bal Harbor, Sunny Isles) on Collins Avenue (by default from 45 street all way to 1 street, and sometimes from 71street down) and Miami Downtown at Holiday Inn Port of Miami. Sometimes, when possible and as a courtesy, from different hotels and other areas. A supplement charge may be asked, depending on the location. Please inquire with us for more details about pick up locations and the possibility of pick up from other areas. Wait for the transportation outside the Hotel , by the entrance. Because we pick up from different locations, the departure time could be immediate or after over one hour from the first pick up. We normally have only one departure per day. Pick up time cannot be chosen. The pick up time most of the times could fall between 7:20 to 10:00 am. The supplier will determine the pick up time. Again, it cannot be chosen. We could have a different time as well or an afternoon departure if the morning is full. Please contact the supplier for the exact pick up time and location. Bear in mind we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or change the date for any reason, you need to do it up to 2 days before the activity. You can inquire about the approximate pick up time and pick up location before the 24-hour cancellation policy , so that you have adequate time to cancel if needed. Normally we give the exact time and pick up location the day before in the afternoon. Total duration of the tour most of the times is 4-5 hours. In some occasions , when we use a bus, it is 5-7 hours. Most of the times we transport in small groups, using elegant, comfortable, High Roof Black Sprinter Vans. The airboat ride and alligator show is always in English. The driver on the way to the park will illustrate in their language, other than English, the facts about the everglades and assist them at the park. The commentaries in the vehicle might be multilingual. Depending on the day, they could be done in multiple languages.

The tour guide was very friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgable which made the journey to and from the Everglades enjoyable and a welcome addition to the trip. The boat ride at the Everglades was throughly enjoyable (hold on to your hats!) with a funny and friendly Captain and a short but enjoyable alligator show afterwards. We would definitely recommend this trip.

Very interesting and fun day. We were able to be picked up from our hotel. Our guide Raoul was excellent. Lots of information, and very organised in looking after the group. The boat trip was beautiful, and we saw several alligators. Our skipper Captain Chaos was fun and worked to give us good photos. The show was entertaining. Great day out.

Nice everglades tour

Antoine, our bus driver and overall tour guide for the whole experience was amazing! Very knowledgeable and friendly and went over and above ti take care of us and the other families in our group! The only downside to the actual everglades experience was the large volume of people- several hundred people in one small area! Expect large crowds, and long wait lines! Air Boat ride was ok, lots of boats on the water all sort of following the same route. Boat tour was 50 mins. Gator boys show was cool! From pick up(7.30am) to drop off was around 5 hours. Decent priced food/drinks/snacks at the gift shop. Would reccomend to visitors!

Another fun trip! Fabio was a great driver and gave us a lot of insight about the trip on the 42 mile ride. He was engaging and energetic and a great driver. Once we arrived, we waited for about 20 minutes before boarding - our captain was also energetic and knowledgeable. We saw 6-7 gators, many border and even got to fly down the river a few times (I had no idea those boats could go so fast). The gator show afterwards was hokey but fairly entertaining. One HUGE piece of advice - go early! Once we wrapped up the tour and show (around 12am) the place was INSANE. Huge lines, it was super hot and crowded.

Hotel pick up went smoothly. Antoine the driver shared interesting facts about Everglades, alligators and the history of Florida while we were getting there. At Everglades the boat tour took about an hour, my group had Gina as the captain. I saw one wild alligator, an osprey, a crane, gallinules and other birds. It was partly cloudy that day. The boat had a noisy motor, it was OK though, my clothes and shoes stayed dry. Afterwards I got to see the rescue animals they had at the site. The alligator show was the most American thing I've ever seen. It would have been interesting to know more about the nature conservation efforts at Everglades.
