Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

A:According to the USCG, every person regardless of age counts as a passenger of the boat, therefore any child will be counted towards the maximum capacity.

A:Depending on the option selected, you will be onboard either an Element, VR5, Stingray 24, or Boston Whaler boat. Boat sizes are listed on each option.

A:Yes - All necessary safety equipment is provided. If you plan to bring more than two children, please notate in the "Special Requirements" box at checkout so additional child-sized jackets can be provided.

A:Service animals are permitted. Please be prepared to show identification for your service animal upon arrival. Non-official service animals and pets will not be permitted.

A:You can bring your own food, cooler with ice, drinks etc. Please help maintain the boat clean and in good shape. All boats are drug-free zones.

Q:Are there any hidden fees associated with the Boat Rental?

A:Absolutely not. The only additional fee is the Captain fee. Fuel, (along with any applicable surcharges) is included in the up-front price.

Q:How long does it take to get from the marina to the Bay?

A:Since the marina is located inside the Miami River and the whole river is a NO WAKE ZONE the trip to the bay could be around 10 to 15 minutes. The whole tour will be done at slow speeds since most areas in Miami are either No wake Zone or slow Speed areas.

Our captain “Lexi” was amazing. It was a very relaxing experience and I would highly recommend! The champagne was good and the ice cooler came in handy as well.

Fantastic, relaxing tour. Captain was friendly and knowledgeable. The only difficulty was finding/accessing the marina as the gate was closed, but we were able to address that by calling the boat company. I’d do it again! Highly recommended.

Daniel was an amazing captain!! Lots of fun It was windy and the water was pretty choppy. However, Daniel did his best to make it a very smooth ride. Definitely would recommend.

Daniel was great we had a wonderful time and saw and did a lot in the two hours. Only thing is we didn’t end up getting champagne but that’s ok.

We Saw Dolphins!!!

Our Captain Daniel was well versed in the things we were interested in viewing… we even saw two dolphins which was the icing on the cake because we celebrated two birthdays on the water. 100% would recommend to everyone. Love the experience.

Thought taking a private boat would be nicer than the large party boats. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Trying to find the location of the boat, and park was nothing short of a nightmare. The captain was nice enough, but didn’t speak English well so it was hard to communicate. Also the captain wasn’t knowledgeable at all about the various sights or celebrity mansions so that was very disappointing.

William, I apologize for your bad experience, although I have to point out a couple of things. Arriving at the location is pretty simple, especially if you follow the instructions given before your arrival. We attend hundreds of people per week, and finding the location is usually not a problem, much less a nightmare. Additionally, parking is offered inside the location for your convenience. The tours are not offered as guided tours. While every captain may be able to tell you a little bit about what you are seeing, it is not mandatory that they know each and every landmark you are passing by. I understand that the captain you selected didn't speak fluent English, but at least he is able to give you the safety instructions and communicate should anything important happen. I am sorry you saw that as a limitation to your trip.
