    What To Expect

This walking food tour begins in Miami’s Little Havana neighborhood. After a meet and greet with the guide, it’s time for a flavorful and fun adventure.

Visit family-owned and operated Cuban restaurants to sample the fresh flavors of the local cuisine. The Calle Ocho area of Little Havana provides an overview of the neighborhood’s traditional flavors—favorites like homemade mamey and flan ice cream, chicken- and picadillo-stuffed plantain cups, guava pastelito, plus coffee, guarapo juice and much more. Many of the Cuban dishes are prepared from family recipes that have been handed down from one generation to another. All tastings are included and sum up to a large, full lunch.

This tour includes more than just food, however. Meet some of the Cuban artists in their studios, listen to some traditional Cuban music and watch skilled Cuban cigar rollers at Havana Classic Cigar. Also, visit Maximo Gomez Domino Park, a landmark on Calle Ocho.

The tour concludes back at the original departure point.

Great start for visiting Little Havana
    MonicaM_R, Mar 2024
What a great start to our visit to Little Havana. Our tour guide, Helena, was very personable and informative about the history of Little Havana and the ties to Cuba and the cuisine. Great food and beverage choices and some other stops along the way including a cigar shop and a shop specializing in guayabera shirts. This was a great way to start our exploration of Little Havana.
    Perfect Tour

    From Afterthought to Highlight!

Andrea was delightful and gave a wonderful tour of Little Havana, explaining all the food and history along the way. At the end of the tour we were wishing we had more time to spend, both eating and talking. Andrea is a walking advertisement for legal immigration!

    Fantastic!
    Jery_S, Mar 2024
This was a really wonderful tour. Juan Carlos was our tour guide and was fantastic with so much information to share about Little Havana and Cuba. We also got tons of food (as most of the food they gave us was a full portion). The only thing I suggest is a little louder microphone as there are many tours happening and lots of car noise.
    Great

The most memorable part of the tour were the history lessons and the food and the pleasing personality. Marcella, she was wonderful.

Ria was very knowledgable and made everyone comfortable. The quality of offered snacks were not that high. The cuban sandwich and the mojito were the highlights of my food tasting experience.

Helena let us on a fun walking and eating tour of little Havana. She was very knowledgeable about the area and the culture, and knew the locals very well. We sampled about five different dishes, including a full Cuban sandwich, and Mojito, while listening to music. Really a great way to get to see this part of Miami.
