I highly recommend this cruise. We booked the 5:30pm cruise. Got to see the beautiful sunset. All the staff were so nice and this was alot of fun. If you are out from out town, i recommend do the transport. Made it so much easier for us. I will definitely do this again when we visit Miami

Booked the 11:30am tour. Arrived at the pier at 11:17am. Agent said we were too late and that we were required to “check in” 15 mins before the time and we were too late. She said we had to call their office to reschedule. The numbers in the email confirmation did not work (just got disconnected after hitting several menu choices). Finally we got a number from the agent (New York area code) that someone finally answered after several attempts. The person on the phone said she could put us on the next tour at 12:30, but we would have to pay a $15/person rebooking fee. She would not budge on this fee so I finally gave her my credit card info. Be aware that this same thing happened to four other couples so I don’t think this an unusual situation. It seemed that they do this over and over to people all day long. It’s a major part of their business revenue. The tour was just ok. Mostly focused on showing where the “stars” live. I wouldn’t recommend.

I paid for 2 adults, 1 child and an infant. But I had to buy the baby again and pay another $20.Because you did not add a infant to the my and the relevant company email.

This was a great cruise!!! Fun music. Every time we got to a famous persons house like J Lo, they would play their music and tell history. As they announce, they also did it for Spanish and it worked well smoothly. It wasn’t annoying. The open water was gorgeous and the skyline was breathtaking. So glad I took my parents on this for the 49th anniversary.

The tour itself was great. The Captain was knowledgeable and gave an excellent tutorial. However, the tour started nearly an hour late and we were on a pirate ship and not the yacht we signed up for without notice, so you’re subject to whatever changes they deem. Recommend for the tour but you may not get what you expected.

They crammed too many people on the boat. No place to sit! We were told to go to the lower level, hot and no air. Thankfully the captain allowed us to go to the bow. Standing room only and could not hear the tour guide speaking. Drinks were good, but $35 for 2 vodka cranberry. I would not recommend unless the get their booking and boarding process under control.

I would recommend this tour to everyone who visits miami it's worth it and it's not that expensive.I was so amazed the dj is perfect and the captain is as well.I really enjoyed myself.
